The Tiny house is located in the corner of our mature garden with its own private guest access. It is 7 by 9 feet, so not big, but has all necessary comforts and feels bigger than it's size Solidly built, fully insulated, double glazed, with power and heat and lighting. A few paces away is the toilet and shower room plus microwave for use by guests. The house has a 24" tv, radio, kettle, toaster and small fridge. Wi-Fi: Tea, coffee on tap, otherwise self catering. On the Oxfordshire/Wiltshire border my stone, brick & timber Annexe is close to many of the south of England's popular destinations. Its quiet rural village location gives good access by car to the Cotswolds. It's ideal for couples, individuals & business travellers being just over an hour from London, 10 mins from M4 junc 15 & 15 mins from Swindon station. No visitors other than the guests who have booked in. Non smoking site.
