Here you are farmer(in) on a arable and beef cattle farm. The ultimate place for a few nights out of the hustle and bustle, in which you have a cozy home at your disposal. You will experience the tranquility of the rural area, although you will hear and see the cows, chickens, pigs and machines. Own potatoes, onions and eggs are included in the price, to stock. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

From the platforms you jump into the water, or you sail away with the supboard or the rowing boat! From the large kitchen you look over the water. With a staircase down you enter the living room where it is wonderful to live and you are on the ground floor with the water. A level below are the bathroom and bedrooms and you stand "eye to eye" with the water.

Welcome to our farm the Windroos, located in a beautiful polder landscape with beautiful views. No inconvenience of highways but pure nature enjoy the farm and everything that goes with it. The apartment is luxuriously furnished. In fine weather, you can enjoy on the terrace or large garden. There is a jeu de boules (petanque) court for you to play. The farm is central and from there you can do everything.
