Cottage vacation rentals in Sweet Valley

Garrett was very friendly and responsive. The place was immaculate and had many comforts of home. The biggest pluses were the hot tub and fire pit and barbecue grill. I would defintely recommend this place and will be going back again. Thank you Garrett

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great place to stay with family and friends. The backyard is huge, giving lots of opportunity to hang out outdoors. The kitchen is beautiful, huge and opens up into the deck/hot tub and backyard. I can imagine the set up being perfect for a fun summer stay. We had plans to visit nearby attractions but the weather was not great. We had a hiccup with our car on the night before we were supposed to check out. The local contact was responsive even late in the night. They were very accommodating of our situation, let us delay our check out and even helped us find places that can be of help.

This was our first family getaway since having our baby. We were so nervous being away from conveniences at home with a 1 year old. Angie was an amazing host! Great communication prior to booking - through check out. The house was so clean, stocked with anything needed for bathroom/ kitchen! They set out a welcoming gift basket with goodies for us and even a toy for my son- which he loved and played with our entire stay! They also had a travel size of anything in case u forgot something. Plenty of towels for showers, the babys bath, and hot tub. Robes!We received a lot of rain during our stay so the hot tub was great located under the porch with a covered roof and lights! The wifi was perfect-no connection issues which is necessary for our baby camera/owlet system. The washer/dryer was perfect before heading home. She even babyproofed the kitchen cabinets, provided a high chair, and corner covers. Fishing/grilling/games! We only wished there was more sand to fish bc of baby BUT 10/10!

Rented with my children to celebrate January birthdays .. home was extremely clean with all the amenities that were listed . Everything we needed was available and an added plus was our dogs were also allowed to be with us - Would definitely book this house for future visits .

We enjoyed a peaceful stay at this home. Was very clean and quiet. Loved the added bonus of the game room.

We had a great time and there were lots of small things in those that made it easy for the kids—like kids bowls and plates and a step stool etc. The house was really nice, across the street from the lake and a short walk to one of the beaches. Everything is a short drive. Really beautiful place and a great stay.

From the moment we pulled into the property we knew we were going to love it. It was easy to find but secluded enough that we saw several deer, a turkey, and a very friendly chipmunk during our stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. The inside was lovely, with a very cute enclosed porch with lots of games, a spacious kitchen, and a very comfy couch. Also, the TVs in both the living room and bedroom are bigger than the one I have at home! You can tell the house is very thoughtfully put together for the comfort of guests. We would absolutely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time at Erica’s mountain house. House was so cozy and everything was just as pictured. Erica was flexible about check out time which was so helpful not feeling rushed on our last day. We loved the fire place and sunroom. It was a snowy weekend and we still had a great time.

Earl and Sara were beyond courteous. They had pleanty if recommendations for local fishing hot spots and other activities. Our vehicle broke down literally our last day staying in the cabin. Earl and Sara went far beyond what other renters have done to help my family and I. My family and I were stranded 7 hours away from home. They didnt even know us, but were incredibly supportive. We had a great time and are very grateful for their help.

We rented Helen's house for 3 months over the winter. The location is excellent, we walked to dinners and saw a few shows at the Opera house. Helen is a great communicator and host. Highly recommend staying at Helen's house.

We came to get away and be with nature and it is exactly what we got! The house is so cozy and warm. The little "touches" in decorating were spot on. The kitchen is well stocked and all of the extras...coffee, creamer, garbage bags, and paper towels were available too. Becky is very responsive and accommodating. It is VERY quiet, which we loved. We had family come visit us and we hosted them. Outside of bringing our own food, everything else was there. Including a charcuterie board! <3 We were able to bring our small dogs and had plenty of space to walk them. The outdoor amenities were great too! There was a grill, a fire pit, outdoor string lights. I could go on forever. To sum it up...it was perfect! More than once we said, this is a really nice house. Highly recommend. We can't wait to go back!

Susan left clear instructions to follow during our stay. The home was clean. She was helpful in responding questions I had. I would go to her Airbnb again.

The house was cheerfully furnished and there were plenty of kitchen tools, pots and pans. Coffee and tea and a few snacks were provided. The beds were very comfortable. There was ample information about local restaurants and attractions provided.

Our stay at Andrew's home was so amazing! We enjoyed every moment, everything was as described and andrew was very responsive. The place was clean and had everything we needed, the scenery is amazing, the space is large and great for the whole family. . We are looking forward staying there again soon. Thank you Andrew!

The Airbnb was very nice. Heather and team communicated very well. We will definitely stay there again. We got hit with a Winter Storm and Heather actually communicated to us to take our time while we checked out that was very thoughtful

This cottage is absolutely perfect!! The views from every window is stunning. Very comfortable home…. Kitchen well equipped. Fishing from the dock was easy! Kayaking was great! Walking distance to the restaurants. Love the Terra Cottage restaurant for breakfast. We will definitely come back to this home!!!

My husband and I got married here and decided to stay in the same exact cabin as our wedding night on our 5 year anniversary. We adore Lisa and Doug, they are so friendly and the space is so relaxing and beautiful. All of my friends were jealous that we went back!!

Beautiful and peaceful lakeside home to get away to. View from the back yard is just stunning! Pamela was wonderful with clear instructions on checking in and out. As well as house rules and what was needed when leaving at the end of our stay. All the photos posted on the listing were accurate, as well as the description. We stayed Fri-Mon, and just truly enjoyed every moment at the house. We felt 'right at home' in the house, and just felt it was a beautiful escape for the weekend. We would highly recommend this lakeside home for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! And if we ever get the chance to stay again , we most certainly would! S&J

Dolly reached out right away to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. Upon arrival, we made ourselves right at home, and it felt like home. The beds were great, the home was clean, and the pictures don’t quite do it justice. To top it off, they provided the necessities to make a fire in the fire pit just outside the house. Our family enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return for another adventure.
