Country Escape in Modern Cottage

Woodstown Cottage is a separate private annex to Woodstown House. Newly refurbished, walking distance to open forest and 10 minute drive to the coast, ideally located to cover all outdoor pursuits. With beautiful country views, the bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, bathroom with electric shower, spacious living room, separate fully fitted kitchen and enclosed garden which is safe for dogs. The living room has a sofa bed which could accommodate two small children or one older child.

The loft style ceiling space adds character and the new kitchen on the ground floor is equipped for all your breakfast requirements and we are on hand to help with anything you may need. Ideally situated in the heart of Sway village, we are close to forest, beach, local villages, the market town of Lymington and we have a train station serving Weymouth to Waterloo.

Arnewood Rise, a holiday home in New Forest & pool

Arnewood Rise is a luxury period property located in the heart of the New Forest. It is the perfect holiday home for big groups of all ages and fully equipped for fun times indoors and out. The grounds span 5.5 acres, including 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens with a heated outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and 4 acres of fields complete with two ponies. It is ideally located within walking distance of the open national park and a short drive from the coastline and the many pretty villages.

The Croft

The Croft is a beautifully appointed, self contained space overlooking a meadow. Recently refurbished to a high standard, it’s a comfortable and cosy base. Situated in the New Forest National Park, the Croft is located up a leafy lane in a pretty village close to Lymington, the Solent and Beaulieu; it’s only a 10 minute walk into the New Forest. Inside there’s a super-king size bed (or two singles), a tiled shower room, an open plan living room with kitchen area under the stairs.

Located behind our farmhouse, with private parking. Ideally situated close to the beautiful New Forest & coast, with the Georgian town of Lymington approx 4mls away.
