House vacation rentals in Svoronata

Wow. We highly recommend this villa! The best view in Lourdata overlooking Zakynthos and the stunning blue sea . Our hosts were amazing, recommending local services and always responsive to our questions . To make the trip even better we made a friend in a cat that was always there to say hello in the mornings. We would recommend you hire a car or get a taxi to most places as the region is very mountainous which only adds to its beauty! Other than that there was nothing to fault !! Hoping to return soon😁

Wonderful apartment and even better host! The place was private, peaceful and incredible surroundings. Frequent cleaner was amazing and the pool was fantastic for morning swims. 5 star stay and the local recommendations from Kostas were perfect and allowed for us to taste the local cuisine. Lots of beaches near by and would recommend getting a car to explore the island.

Perfect two night stopover, super clean, great team

This is a magical villa with an amazing view. Super clean and modern accommodations. Perfect for 2 couples to coexist very comfortably. We spent our days exploring the incredible island but we always looked forward to getting back to the house to lounge in the pool. We walked to great restaurants and shopping in 10 minutes. The host is so friendly and responsive. I hope to go back again!

Lovely holiday villa, well located on S coast, not far from airport. Well equipped and comfortable. Within walking distance of 2 beaches and tavernas. Local contact, Barbara, was responsive to our enquiries.

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

We spent an amazing ten days at this lovely property. It took us by surprise on arrival, photos really don’t do it justice. The rear is nicely enclosed, and the front overlooks an olive grove. The garden around the property itself has an olive tree, several fruit trees, flowers and even a couple of tortoises. 🐢 Some local products were left in the kitchen for us when we arrived, always helpful! The area is not touristy at all, which we liked, but a car is essential if you want to explore the island properly. Good central location. There is on street park close by. Would definitely stay here again! 💙🇬🇷

Octopus Garden stands out as one of our all time favourite Airbnb locations! Ideal in every way! My son and I felt instantly at home! Agia Effimia is a tranquil, cozy village away from it all, yet Argostoli was an easy drive that we made several times to beauty spots on the other side of Kefalonia. The proximity to Sami was a massive plus, as there are tons of sights and lovely shopping. The house is spacious and had everything that one could possibly need. My son enjoyed having his own bedroom and bathroom. The wash machine was extremely handy. Thank you so much for leaving so many goodies for us. It was nice not to have to run out immediately for supplies and groceries. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, as the restaurants in town were amazing! Amalia and Cafe Fior D’amore were our go-to’s. I will miss doing my yoga on the terrace overlooking the bay and listening and to the morning song. We loved the sweet, black cat who always greeted us and shared our sun spots!

Lovely apartment, exactly like photos and description, that makes a great base while staying in Vathy. The upside down living arrangement makes full use of location allowing for a gorgeous patio area and great watching platform for all the yachts that moor right outside the apartment. As others have said you are on the main road which at the time of our visit wasn’t very busy, but had usual port side activities, it’s close to the centre and great for taxi pick ups. If you like being close to facilities and enjoy people watching it’s a perfect place to stay. We had a few minor maintenance issues we report, ie light in bathroom, which Christina responded to and sorted straight away without any inconvenience to us. Would highly recommend.

The perfect location to explore the whole island. It’s new so don’t worry about reading not so many comments yet. They’ve just started with Airbnb not long ago. The place has EVERYTHING you could need or think of. The kitchen is fully equipped, the AC works wonderful, it’s idyllic with the garden. I don’t even know where to start with to describe that beautiful little house. Since we wanted to drive around and explore the island, we got a car close by the airport so this Airbnb (also close by the airport) was just PERFECT!!! Just be aware of the neighbor’s dog. She’s a lovely cute dog but will try to steal your shoes if you leave them outside ;) Anastasis is a lovely host and his service and communication is amazing. Whatever we needed or question we had he was there to help us out. We’re so happy that we stayed there, it has exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend this place and want to come back.

We had a great time with Stavros and Sofia. The place is beautiful. The views over the sea on the terrasse are stunning. It felt very private, nontheless Stavros was always close for any requests (for example, providing an umbrella for the beach). The apartment was very adequate and we spent great 9 nights here. There are great beaches nearby (although you need a car), and its a good base to explore the island. An absolute gem and we would fully recommend it to anyone!

Alexandra‘s Treehouse was perfect! We were there for 15 days and absolutely Fell in love with Kefalonia, the food, the Sites, the people and of course our beautiful Little Nest in Spartia. If you stumble upon this Little Dream- Apartment, consider yourself Lucky. Alexandra did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We‘ll definitely stay here again!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We enjoyed our stay at Nick and Spiros’ place. Both he and Nick were great communicating with us before our arrival and during whenever we needed assistance. The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We made the mistake of not hiring a car, we would definitely recommend hiring a car as it was a lot of uphill walking to get to the beaches or go into town. It is a good location between Argostoli and Lassi but again, would have been much easier for us with a car! We really enjoyed our stay and Nick and Spiros were kind enough to give us lots of beach and restaurant recommendations to help us navigate our time in Kefalonia and make the most of our trip.

Grigorios’s place was excellent and we’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing house with an amazing view. Very cozy and just perfect for 4 pax. The check in was really smooth and very detailed as the team is really nice and friendly. Equipped with cooking tools, some cleaning products, towels and bed sheets.

Zoe’s Suite is perfect for a couple! It has everything you would need - fully equipped kitchen, secure parking, aircon, king size bed, luxurious shower room - and we had a very comfortable stay. Above all else, it has the most stunning sea views that we enjoyed looking out at all throughout the day, from the moment we woke up in bed to when we had our meals outside. The villa is situated in a great location, just a 10 minute drive from large supermarkets, the main town of Argostoli, and most importantly one of the best sandy beaches in Kefalonia (Makris Gialos)! The village of Lakithra is peaceful and quaint, with a few restaurants, a bar and a delicious pastry shop (Antonis) down the road that you have to try for traditional delicious pastries/cakes. All interactions with Clayde, Panagis and Nancy from HostingMe were great - prompt, friendly, accommodating! We really can’t recommend Zoe’s Suite enough, you’ll love your stay!

Lovely house in perfect location (beach and Argostoli center within 5-10min walk) and amazing facilities - kitchen and bathroom amenities, jakuzi on the rooftop, even cards and little games to play in the evening. Very clean as well. Dennis was so kind and always available to help us :) 10/10 recommended

What a fantastic house, artistic, well equipped, comfy and in a lovely area - close to all beaches, amenities, restaurants, airport. The hosts were super helpful. The pool and pool area a delight. Can not fault this lovely villa. Thank you for making it a very special holiday.

Thanks for the great Greek hospitality! Communication with Dimitros was straightforward. Everything was made possible, even a broken corkscrew was exchanged in the evening. There was wine and fruit to welcome us. The view of the runway was exciting. The pizzeria around the corner was delicious and it is a small village walk. The terrace with a view is fantastic. Also highly recommended with toddler. We didn't miss anything. We want to come back again!
