We need to mention that airport is only 3klm away.

Located in the traditional village of Sarlata on the south coast of the island you are just a stones throw from many beautiful sandy beaches and the Capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli, is only a short drive away.

It's all about easy relaxed living, with the pool, dining terraces and sun terraces all no more than a few steps away. Shrubs and palm trees surround the lawns, so uninterrupted privacy is assured. Inside, the Villa is well equipped and furnished with comfortable sofas in the living area and a well organised kitchen. Both bedrooms have ensuite bath/shower rooms.

Located in Svoronata, a traditional village, less that half a mile away from the famous Ammes and Ai Helis beaches, 1.3 miles away from the airport and 4.3 miles away from the capital. The house is air conditioned and consists of a 35m^2 ground floor with a small kitchen, WC, a (double bed convertible) sofa and a loft with a double bed and storing space.
