This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. Cozy and well equipped apartment in beautiful nature. 5 min by car from Svolvær center, but still in quiet and peaceful surroundings. Great mountain hikes straight from the yard, beautiful bathing water nearby and nice safe bike paths in the area. Possibility of 5 beds (2 + 1 and 2): - Bedroom: 140cm bed with the possibility of extra bed. - Living room: 120cm closet bed Hallway with underfloor heating, shoe dryer and drying cabinet. ! Min. 3 nights. ! A kind cat live in the main house.

My husband and I started our project in 2017 and finished it in the end of July 2024. I’ve been obsessed with the bay window where I can see the beauty of the view through all the seasons which give me such a different moment in every season to take on. Location was fantastic for golf, hiking, and visiting other towns. The midnight sun was beautiful through all the windows and from the porch. We loved our stay and are sad to leave! Hope to be back one day!

We absolutely loved our stay at Angelita’s Rorbu! It is spectacular. The views are breathtaking at all times of day - it’s such a peaceful and tranquil place to wind down while exploring Lofoten. The apartment is gorgeous inside and Angelita provided every possible amenity to make it feel like home. We loved cooking in the kitchen with local seafood (and Angelita’s incredible seaweed products - her shop is a must-visit)! We really appreciated the tranquil location away from the crowds but only 5 minutes or so from town for grocery shopping, etc. We loved the location of the rorbu in Lofoten. We explored towns, hiked, wandered and followed many of Angelita’s recommendations - and then loved winding down in the evenings at this magical spot! Angelita was responsive, helpful and so kind. We would love to return and stay here in the future!!

Wir durften 8 Tage in Kathrines wunderschönem Haus verbringen. Die Lage, Ruhe und Aussicht sind einmalig. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, weshalb auch ein Regentag kein Problem darstellt. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sodass man sich prima selbst versorgen kann. Besonders zu erwähnen sind hier der Kaffeevollautomat sowie der Sodastream. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Stressless Sessel im Wohnzimmer laden zum Relaxen ein. Der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht ist phänomathenal. Kathrine reagiert innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf Rückfragen und gibt auch proaktiv Informationen weiter. So hat sie uns über den stattfindenden Artic Run informiert, wo wir die Gelegenheit hatten, sie kennenzulernen, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wir haben die Tage im Haus von Kathrine und Glenn total genossen und hoffen, dass wir im Winter wiederkommen können.

Anne’s home is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. Location is great. Nice view of the water and mountains in the background. Close proximity to town and shopping. The downstairs bathroom is nice and renovated. The beds are comfortable. Very quiet at night. Just be aware that there are some of the owner’s clothes and personal items in drawers and closets. Overall I would recommend Anne’s place to anyone visiting Lofoten.

This cabin is THE best place I’ve stayed in! It had all things necessary for a comfortable living, it took us half an hour to figure out stuff but once we got the hang of it, it was just magical. Birger and Martin are excellent hosts, the collection they have at this place is unmatched and something which impressed me a lot. 11/10 recommended!
