Nice apartment of 64 sqm. in a larger house with a private entrance. Free parking at the house. Nice large conservatory that belongs to the apartment, small kitchen, private bathroom and private bedroom. Brand new luxury bed from Au Ping, 160 cm wide. The apartment is close to the harbor, 700 meters from the station and with the amusement park in the backyard. A lovely garden that you are welcome to use. There is underfloor heating in the living room in addition to the bio fireplace, so the whole apartment is cozy and warm in the winter. Good discount for long-term stays.

Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Come relax in this unique and tranquil space. The apartment is located in a 3-long farm, the completely newly renovated and is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature right up the forest and lakes with lots of wildlife. The apartment has everything you need and perfect for vacation and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Guest house with fantastic views close to nature

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.
