Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju. Apartman se nalazi u centru malog mjesta Sveti Vid-Miholjice, tik iznad Malinske. Od centra Malinske i plaže udaljeni je oko 1 km, 15-ak minuta hoda. Mjesto je vrlo mirno i savršeno za opuštanje i odmor. 100 m od kuće nalazi se mala trgovina s osnovnim potrepštinama a veliki trgovački centri udaljeni su oko 500 m od kuće. Parking je u dvorištu kuće.
