We had a wonderful week at the place! The equipment is top, you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The heated pool was great. The house is modern and we immediately felt comfortable!

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

We had a very nice time here. Smilja is a very friendly host, easy to reach and the house is beautiful. Absolutely recommend, happy to come again!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

This guesthouse is very suited for groups. A lot of room in the kitchen and outside. Many rooms allow for privacy. Ivan was always very helpful.

Had the most wonderful stay, marija & milan are incredibly friendly and bought us baked goods which were delicious - they also left us lots of helpful things in the house! Definately the best air bnb any of the family has ever stayed in!

For us, 7 adults and two toddlers, it was a great week. We had enough space and a crib was also available. Far from stress and with everything we need. Great location, great house. We were still able to swim extensively in the heated pool and hot tub at the end of October/beginning of November. The sea is about twenty minutes by car. And we enjoyed it very much.

Marija and her brother Frane were very great hosts who were quick to communicate with. The modern house is divided into two separate apartments, which are almost identically constructed (the lower apartment also has a separate toilet) The pool with some salt water and the built-in whirlpool jets is an absolute highlight and was pleasantly warm even in the colder evening hours. Overall, the entire property and house was very clean and spacious, which makes the stay of a larger group very pleasant. To Zadar you drive approx. 20-25 minutes, but there are also some good and delicious restaurants relatively close within a short drive.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

We had a lovely time in Marijas Villa. Everything is as described in the Airbnb-Ad. Marija is very friendly and available at any time for questions and recommendations. She is one of the best host i have ever had. We were very thankful to have her.

This was our first time in beautiful Croatia. We booked the villa because of the pictures – and what we found was even more beautiful. Petra was more than a friendly host – she was like a close friend we could reach out to for every little thing. Words are not enough to express our gratitude for what she has done for us. The villa is fantastic and offers more than you expect – perfect for families to enjoy it in peace and privacy. Marina is a quiet town, with everything you need, and only half hour by car from Split. We wholeheartedly recommend it and with a clear conscience, and we hope to repeat the trip with every opportunity.

A modern villa in a beautiful, peaceful location. The villa is well-equipped for a relaxing break away and is a 20 min walk along the waterfront to a selection of great restaurants & shops. Easy driving distance to lovely towns nearby and the option to take a Taxi Boat. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for ourselves. Tea was a friendly and responsive host.

Dear Valentina and family, We were very happy about our first visit to your fantastic vacation home. Weather-wise we had no luck for 3 days, but we were still able to use the hot tub well outside even in strong winds. The house is perfect for 5-6 people. The beds are super comfortable and with the two bathrooms and a guest toilet I give the full score. We've had some nice vacation homes in Croatia and Tuscany, but Valentina's family's house has really set the bar. It's 30 meters to the beach. You can walk the path to the bridge to Vir at low tide with the dog. A lot is being rebuilt here right now. The house is very quiet and we felt super comfortable. Valentina was always there to help with any questions. So, we now have a new benchmark for family vacations with a dog. Really everything was great! We're looking forward to the second visit. We had the best time at this Airbnb! It is like a dream! The house has everything you could ever need during a holiday, the garden and pool area is great, also with kids , and we enjoyed having no direct neighbours. Antonela is an amazing host and the communication was great. There is nothing we would have wanted differently and we would come back anytime.

It was great at Sabina's! She and her husband personally welcomed us and showed us everything. As a welcome, there was a huge meal package incl. Fruit basket, ham, cheese, wine, cold beer, sweets and even one of a fully equipped bar! Great. When we said we will also grill, there was a bag of charcoal in front of the door the next day. The house itself is very clean and offers everything you need. You have a great view over the small quiet bay. There is a nice beach with several hip beach bars, a boat rental and a great fish restaurant right next door. You can walk super fast in Tribunj or by car or boat in Šibenik. All in all, a great location. We traveled with baby, also here we were provided with everything we needed (cot, high chair etc. To say goodbye, Sabina brought us again a gift for the child and wine for us. Thank you, we will come back! :)

We had a great stay. Children loved the pool. We truly recommend this place for vacation.

We had a lovely week here. the pool was really well appointed and got the sun all day. The bed was extremely comfortable. it's a very peaceful area and quite rural and so a car is definitely needed.

The house and especially the view were even more beautiful than in the pictures and we enjoyed our time very much! The private beach access is really a highlight and has a great, large walkway made of wood, on which you also have great space with 10 people! The host took such good care of us and always helped us! We even had the opportunity to rent SUPs (for a fee), which was also a great experience, as the bay is very quiet and has hardly any waves!

Stop looking and book this property! We regularly use Airbnb and this is definitely at the top of our list of places we have visited. The property is exactly as pictured, clean, fresh, spacious and modern, but the view is even better than you can imagine! The property is well appointed, with everything you'll need for your stay. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms clean and fresh and the downstairs kitchen/living/diner is much bigger that it looks online. Petar was a fab host, he helped us with directions to the property when we arrived late at night, left us snacks after our journey and was on hand throughout with recommendations and help whenever we needed it. The surrounding area is fab too, nice and quiet, beautiful and with an amazing restaurant a short walk away. We can't recommend this place enough.
