We LOVED staying at the Villa! This rental was well worth the price. The ladies were always amazing in communication, and Matea even came to get us when we got lost. The house is everything our 2 families needed and more. The view is beautiful, the home is clean, upgraded and has all the amenities you will need and more! The pool was a beautiful touch. We had no problem getting around, it was perfectly located for us. Also, don’t miss out the 9:30am bakery van- it comes right in front of the Villa daily and you can buy fresh bread! This place was a dream to stay at and we will stay with these ladies again when in Croatia!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa and particularly adored the view! The outside space and pool is perfect to enjoy many a sunset and view of the beautiful countryside and lake! The inside of the villa is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was great for when we wanted to cook at the villa but there is also a lovely restaurant 15mins walk away that we went to twice as it was delicious and very reasonably priced. Danijel was so accommodating with our flight times as well as organising an amazing boat trip that took all the stress out of a great day out! There are so many beautiful places to visit and we would particularly recommend the salt lake and plitvice lakes national park! We can't emphasis enough how stunning the view is, it was breathtaking and really made it an even more relaxing holiday. We will definitely be returning!

Der Gastgeber Vlatko und seine Eltern waren insgesamt sehr angenehme und freundliche Gastgeber. Auf kurze Anfragen reagierten sie schnell und zuvorkommend, so wurde auf Nachfrage beispielsweise ein Messerschärfer am nächsten Tag vorbeigebracht. Die Lage der Villa ist etwas abgelegen, man kann problemlos Abends etwas lauter im Pool oder Jacuzzi entspannen. Die Umgebung in den Bergen ermöglicht es hervorragende Kletter bzw. Wandertouren zu unternehmen. Außerdem liegt es ca. 40 Minuten von Zadar entfernt. Die von der Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellte Ausrüstung war einwandfrei und besonders die Stand-Up-Paddle-Boards waren super, um das fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernten Meer zu genießen. Abschließend lässt sich hier wunderbarer Urlaub genießen, lediglich das recht helle Wohn- und Esszimmer ist tagsüber super, jedoch für im Wohnzimmer schlafende Personen etwas früh hell. Insgesamt ist die Angabe von 6+2 Personen daher zutreffend. Grüße MT23-Bosch.

Das Häuschen ist so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Sehr gemütlich und perfekt für einen Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Natur. Man ist ungestört und gelangt von dort mit dem Auto innerhalb von Max. 30 Minuten nach Zadar. Andrea war per immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach empfehlenswert!! ☺️

Vi har hatt en utrolig flott storfamilie ferie i huset til Marin. Vi var 12 personer. 8 voksne, 4 barn. Huset innfridde alle våre forventninger til en sånn ferie. Anbefales virkelig! Og vi er ganske sikre på at hit kommer vi igjen ved en senere anledning.

Misto II was everything we hoped for and more! The location is perfect—super quiet and private but just a quick drive to Primosten. We loved the pool, the outdoor seating area, and the stunning views. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

Marija und ihr Bruder Frane waren sehr großartige Gastgeber, mit denen man schnell kommunizieren konnte. Das moderne Haus ist in zwei getrennte Wohnungen eingeteilt, welche sogut wie identisch aufgebaut sind (die untere Wohnung hat noch zusätzlich ein separates Klo) Der Pool mit etwas Salzwasser und den eingebauten Whirlpooldüsen ist ein absolutes Highlight und war auch in den kälteren Abendstunden angenehm warm. Insgesamt war das gesamte Grundstück und Haus sehr sauber und großräumig, was den Aufenthalt einer größeren Gruppe sehr angenehm macht. Bis nach Zadar fährt man ca. 20-25 Minuten, allerdings gibts auch relativ nah innerhalb kurzer Fahrtzeit einige gute und leckere Restaurants.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus von Sanja und Ivan. Es ist ein sehr schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Für den Aufenthalt sind alle benötigten Utensilien vorhanden. Besonders toll fanden wir die Außenanlage mit dem Pool, der Grillecke und den schönen Olivenbäumen. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit dabei und er auch er hatte eine tolle Zeit. Das Meer war innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch der Hundestrand war nicht weit entfernt. Sukošan ist ein schöner Ort. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch. Im Oktober ist die große Urlaubssaison schon vorbei, das sollte man einfach berücksichtigen. Einige Restaurants waren deshalb nicht geöffnet. Wir wussten das und uns hatte das nicht gestört. Wir haben die ruhige Zeit am Meer genossen. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Ivan hatten uns auch viele tolle Ausflugsvorschläge gemacht, die sehr hilfreich waren. Schönes stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus in dem man sich sehr wohlfühlt . Was uns fehlte war ein Backrohr, wäre toll in der Aussenküche. Durch die Fotos wird nicht so klar,dass man nicht vom davor liegenden Grundstück direkt ins Meer gehen kann, da zu seicht und gatschig.Man muss zirka 100 Meter die Straße entlang gehen, um ins Wasser springen zu können.Die schönere Bucht mit tieferem Wasser ist 200 Meter entfernt. Für die rasche Abkühlung sprangen wir oft in den Pool. Mit dem Sup kannst du vom Grundstück wegfahren. Wunderbar ist die Stille des kleinen Ortes, und der Einkauf direkt am Bauernhof. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Zeljkos Haus.
