On the veranda, you will also find an outdoor hot tub that can be used for an additional fee of NOK 800 for the entire stay. The property is located just about 5 minutes from Heimdal city center, with its shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes from Trondheim city center and Nidaros Cathedral. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or colleagues looking for a comfortable stay with plenty of space.

Wake up to Trondheim's finest view. You can enjoy the coffee cup on the tram or at the cozy old table inside the living room. The house is decorated with peace, coziness and well-being in mind. It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a former restaurant on the site. The house is located only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Free parking NB! For weekly/monthly discount, only 1-2 guests. If 1 guest only the largest bedroom is available.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Cabin in the forest with jacuzzi

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.

Here the whole family can enjoy a great stay with immediate proximity to Bymarka in Trondheim, in the middle between the pearls Kyvannet, Lianvannet and Haukvannet.
