Nice and new apartment in beautiful surroundings

New apartment in Hammersborg. Short distance to Bymarka, museum, shops and bus. Quiet neighborhood. Less than 3 km to Midtbyen, but steep terrain. Consists of living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and bedroom with double bed. Waterborne underfloor heating in all rooms. Sofa bed in the living room with room for two people. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob, coffee maker and kettle, as well as fixtures. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Possibility of renting a sprinkler bed etc. Private entrance. Welcome!

Stabburet is located at Brøttem Gård in Klæbu, Trondheim Municipality. The location is rural (by Selbusjøen and Brungmarka) and excellent for day trips in the countryside both on foot and on skis. Jetty is available at Selbusjøen in summer. From here you can paddle in a kayak/canoe or row a trip. The farm is close to Gjenvollhytta and Langmyra ski resort if you want to go skiing on groomed slopes. Day trips to Kråkfjellet and Rensfjellet are possible. Vassfjellet is 10 min away and only 30 min to Trondheim :)

Det er gangavstand til sentrum, Trondheim Spektrum (ca 5 min), NTNU, ST. Olavs Hospital, Bymarka og god bussforbindelse til Granåsen. Nærhet til alt av kollektivtransport. Ila er en hyggelig bydel med parker, kafeer, gallerier, fine turområder, bakeri og dagligvarebutikker. Alt dette så og si rett utenfor døra.
