Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. We usually have a dog living with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress or a single mattress available. Please contact us in advance about this.

Practical and modern apartment with good location at Grilstad Marina close to the lake, hiking areas, restaurants, shopping center and frequent connection to Trondheim city center. The charging path right outside extends all the way to Nyhavna in the city center. There are good swimming opportunities in the immediate area, including Hansbakkfjæra, Grilstadfjæra and Væresbukta. Many playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several major study sites such as NTNU.

Here you have a private entrance, extensive views of Trondheim, two spacious bedrooms with many sleeping places, large living room and great bathroom with sauna. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the table can be pulled out and give room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 min to Trondheim city center in 12 min. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

Leiligheten er romslig for opptil 4 personer, men det er grei plass for 6. Vi tror du vil trives godt i leiligheten enten det er for jobb eller fritid.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available in November 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.
