Brand new inland water cabin

Brand new cabin. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms. Sun from morning to evening. There is also an electric car charger in the cabin(charging for an additional fee). The cabin is located in scenic and quiet surroundings where you have a lovely view of Bjørndalsvatnet and the surroundings. There are other cabins in the nearby area, but it still almost feels like being by yourself here as there is plenty of space around the cabin. Fully unmanaged for self-catering. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels(can be rented if desired)

A brand new cottage located in Åvedal right by Åvedalsvannet. Quiet place with rich wildlife close to nature. Here you can pick blueberries in the summer, go canoeing, barbecue on the fireplace and swim by the jetty. Good hiking opportunities just outside the cabin. Brufjellhulene, Helleren in Jøssingfjord, Jøssingfjordmuseet, Ruggesteinen, Løtoft, Lundbadet and Sogndalstrand. Shopping opportunities in the small towns of Egersund and Flekkefjord. Motorsenter Norway should be experienced by motor enthusiasts. Preparete ski slopes on Sætra.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet. Sit on the terrace and enjoy the amazing nature and the view over the water. It's nice to walk in the area. In the summer there are a lot of berries in the woods. There is a short distance to the Mineral Park, go-kart track and only 20 minutes to Evje city center. There is a swimming beach nearby with a floating jetty and diving board. Boat for free use. Good sunny conditions on the property and great views. 10 min to grocery and only 1.5 hours to Kristiansand. 2 hours and 30 minutes to Egersund and 2 hours and 15 minutes to Arendal.
