Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Close to world-class golf, 5 minutes to Bokskogen Golf Club, 10 minutes to PGA National. 25 minutes to Malmö city and 8 minutes to all facilities in Svedala where you can also take the train to Copenhagen or Malmö. From the tranquility of the forest to the beaches of Höllviken and Falsterbo in 25 minutes. Enjoy the tranquility of the forest but where everything is within arm's reach.

This newly renovated (July 2025) house from 1940 is located in the countryside, with proximity to a small community with grocery stores, pharmacies, pizzerias, etc. Fantastic nature with sugar beets, wheat, barley, rapeseed and other crops around the corner. Lush, secluded garden for barbecuing and relaxing. Two bedrooms upstairs and bathroom and large living room downstairs. Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.

Charming brewery in Österlen

Stay centrally on Österlen just outside the village of Skåne-Tranås on a smaller farm overlooking the fields and pastures. The house is carefully renovated with a focus on charm and personality. The proximity to several wonderful beaches, golf clubs, nature reserves, food and coffee places as well as to Österlen's various sights make it easy to get around by car or bus. Wi-Fi with mobile broadband.

Cottage by the field

Enjoy the peaceful view of the fields and horses. Take a walk to the ocean and enjoy the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Östra Torp. The small house has a fully fitted kitchen, dining space in an open space solution. Sleeping quarters with a double bed on the loft and two beds (one as possible pull out double bed) on ground floor. A private outdoor space for BBQ and sunset hangout.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room, a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person, but it is also possible to accommodate two guests in it.

Skönabäck Old School

In the middle of Skåne, in the middle of the countryside, in the middle of the forest, you will find Skönabäck's old school.
