Completely newly renovated beautifully decorated apartment with all amenities, made bed, a generous breakfast awaits in the fridge for your first morning in the house, which you can enjoy on the nice patio if you would like. Veberöd is located in the middle of southern Skåne, so it is close to Österlen, Ystad, Copenhagen, Malmö and most of it actually!

The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Read the ad carefully so you have the right expectations. We offer coffee, tea, shampoo and conditioner. Enjoy a quiet surroundings by open fields and a fantastic view on the countryside. 7 minutes away you will find the sea, 10 minutes to Ystad with restaurants and shops, 15 minutes from Österlen and 35 minutes to Malmö. An Electric car charger are available at the parking lot for a fee. a camera is facing the driveway, not indoors.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
