Our charming Scandinavian house in the South of Sweden is centrally located, close to the highway and with direct access to the station with trains in the direction of Malmö (15 mins), Helsingborg and Copenhagen (45 mins to Copenhagen airport). In the near vicinity you will find a lake and forests for hiking, castles, beach, and many farms to shop local crafts and produce. We have a winter garden (uterum), 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms, and one office/guest bedroom on the ground floor.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. The house is in a very child-friendly neighborhood, has a private playground and proximity to the city park. Inside there are plenty of both play areas and space to socialize. With less than 10 minutes walk you can reach Svedala station where the train takes you quickly to either Malmö, Copenhagen, Lund or Ystad. Parking for car on site as well as in close proximity. Bicycles are available to borrow. Pets are allowed.

This stylish house is surrounded by a rich wildlife, where you are daily surrounded by deer, fallow deer, fox and red deer. The lake attracts with good fishing opportunities. Welcome to our little farm in Svedala! Here you live in a newly renovated and pleasant accommodation with proximity to both city and nature. Perfect for two people, but we can also arrange space for up to four guests. The farm is only 15 minutes from Malmö, 30 minutes from Kastrup & 45 minutes from Copenhagen. Free access to our 8000 sqm garden, plenty of room to enjoy the tranquility. Barbecue and dining area are available for your own dinners in the open air.

Litet hus på landet. Tätt intill en gammal gård med hästar, hundar, hönor och katt ligger vårt gästhus på 35m2. Det är smakfullt inrett med mysigt vardagsrum med braskamin, litet kök, sovrum med dubbelsäng och badrum med dusch. Huset har en egen liten inhängnad trädgård och terrass med grillmöjlighet. Promenadavstånd till Norrskogs naturreservat med anslutning till Svaneholms Slott och intilliggande strövområde. Sänglinne och handdukar ingår.

Beautiful accommodation with swimming and lake

Overnight o enjoy in wonderful nature reserve with wild deer as the nearest neighbor,hiking ,riding,fishing,swimming or canoeing in our nearby lake and end the day at sunset on our cozy barbecue area outside our nice cottages which have 4 pl per cabin. The toilet and shower are located in a separate cottage side of the accommodation the cottage and can be shared with others at certain times .
