Roya Khmer House was built in 1992 since I was 2years old. When we look from outside we will see a simple wooden house. Actually, This house is over 30years old and it has some damages. We have repaired and maintenance it for 5months. We keep all external formats remain the same in the past 30years as the Khmer wooden house. Inside the house we design in western interior design. In all unit surrounding by garden views with full set of furnishes and kitchen equipment.

The exterior features a blend of natural stone and modern architecture, with stone walls and smooth concrete columns. Soft lighting highlights the entrance area, accentuating the inviting atmosphere. A pathway leads to the house, surrounded by greenery, offering a seamless connection with nature.

Ratanak’d Resident Home stay have local at country side ( svay dong kum district). Ratanak’d Resident take 10mn from air port, take 5mn from town and 15mn to temple from here. Since 1961 my family had 4 roof top of wood house until January 2015, that delivery to be site. Though its took long away of oldest wooden house so include that I got experience of hospitality 4 years ago response on reception.
