The house is 40 square meters and has its own bathroom and sauna. In the room there is a sleeping alcove with two beds and a sofa that serves as a double bed. Kitchenette is also available for cooking. Access to private patios with barbecue grills.

You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

In the 90s, a countess moved in and began renovating the facade to Victorian style and renamed the house Wiktoriana Slott. Today, a major renovation of the facade and outdoor environment is required. Located at a convenient distance to all amenities to all that the kulla peninsula has to offer, including wineries, golf club, hiking trails, ocean.
