The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Our lovely merchant's house of 180m2 has plenty of space for up to 8 guests. A 2000 m2 large and completely enclosed garden invites for fun and play as well as lovely barbecue evenings under the umbrella. The house has good light and oozes lovely vibe. You'll love throwing yourselves on the big soft couch or cozy in the delicious chesterfield furniture.

Lovely villa centrally located in Svaneke, 3 minutes walk from Svaneke Torv. The villa has a large southwest-facing terrace from which there are panoramic views of the beautiful Vigehavn, Hammersletten and a rock garden. There are three bedrooms on the 1st floor and one bedroom on the ground floor (with access to the terrace). Private parking. The house is lovely and functional, but an older house (not newly renovated, e.g. two well-functioning bathrooms of older date). NOTE: Cute cat is included and must have food and drink daily.

The stream runs in the back garden, which is overgrown with fruit trees and shrubs, and here you have the finest view of open fields. Sorthat is the epitome of peace and idyll. The house is old, quirky and charming. The stairs are a little steep and the 1st floor is amazing. The area invites long hiking and running, beach baths, picnics, sunset, and vacation. It has great mountain biking routes and lots of Bornholm's wonderful magic.

The house is spacious with a large double bedroom, 2 children's rooms with adult bed, a large bathroom, guest toilet, large dining room, and not least, a large garden room with TV. Outside there is a covered terrace to the west with 2 sleeping places, large garden with football goal, 4 hammocks and playground with swings and trampoline. We have 3 cute cats who would love to pet and have food.

We love sharing its unique atmosphere when we're not using the house ourselves.
