The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Plenty of opportunities for exciting excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. Beautiful, small holiday apartment for 2 people in cozy Arnager about 8 km. from Rønne with 10 meters to a nice beach. Includes living room and kitchen in one, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. There are duvets and pillows in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The refrigerator has a small freezer. There is a TV and TV box with Google TV. The apartment must be left in a clean condition. You can pay for yourself - it just needs to be agreed upon at the latest upon arrival.

If you walk south along the water, you will pass the harbor, Svaneke Brød, the lighthouse and the harbor at Sydøst for Paradis, which is the island's nicest café, located on the beach between the rocks. The house is 90 m2, in the middle of the Bornholm pine forest, with about a 10-minute walk to the beach and lavish nature. Direct access to a very large, partially covered terrace with an awning, where there is garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The house has a living room with a wood-burning stove, TV and fast WiFi. Large dining table. Kitchen with everything you need. 1 large bathroom with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. Renovations are ongoing.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery lies around Vang. To the north Slotslyngen to the south the old quarry with mountain biking route, climbing and swimming on the sheltered beach. The whole area is hilly. Perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing at the small cozy Vang seaport. In and around the harbor are fishing opportunities. Vang has a Café and the restaurant Le Port. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.
