The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Climate-friendly wooden house by the sea in Listed, Svaneke

Architect-designed low-energy house in wood from Østerlar's sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder in the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed. Note: Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water. In this lovely house you wake up overlooking the water and sunrise. Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. Where there's a volleyball court and a spring spring. Then you need cozy walks, swim in the water, this unique place is obvious

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Super cozy, small independent annex with access to lovely courtyard in Årsdale - a small fishing village 3.5 km south of Svaneke. 25 sqm secluded home furnished with flea finds. Just 100 meters from the sea, the harbor, the cliffs, a small beach, smokehouse and Mikkeller's cafe. Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Lots of opportunities for cool excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. We live in the main house - and just love our place!

Centrally located holiday apartment in Svaneke. 2 minutes walk from the city center, the harbor bath and the wild Bornholm nature. The apartment has its own entrance. The ground floor consists of a spacious dining room/living room with sofa bed (double bed). The 1st floor consists of kitchen, bathroom/toilet and bedroom with two beds. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 people with the possibility of extra beds for children, including the possibility of borrowing a baby bed.

A bright seating area features two wooden chairs and a dark sofa, arranged on a textured rug. Large windows allow for a panoramic view of the ocean and sunset, illuminating the space with natural light.

Spacious house with fabulous sea view and close to the ocean. Houses up to eight people. Stairs are child safe and children/baby beds and chairs are available. Three bedrooms on three floors (top floor: 1x double and 1xsingle bed, living room floor: 1x double bed, basement: 2x double bed). New bathroom and 2xtoilets. Cosy kitchen with new appliances and a lovely light living room. Outdoor terraces on both sides of the house with ocean view. Hip bar and bistro in town.

Exclusive, newly built cottage in Svaneke close to cliffs, natural forest and sea. The house is 110 m2 divided into an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, as well as two large terraces on both sides of the house, one of which has a barbecue and dining area. From the house, you can follow the path to what we believe is Bornholm's most beautiful coastline, and here you can swim from the rocks from Hammerslet beach. Remember the coffee! :-)

Two separate bedrooms with high-quality, comfortable box-spring beds of 180 cm on the first floor, sun terrace with beautiful sea views, surrounded by a wildflower meadow, 700 from Aarsdale.
