We had a great stay at Sanja’s place. Sanja was really friendly and a great host. It was great value for money and about 20-25 minutes to the old town. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

We stayed there for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time there. Location is amazing with so many restaurants nearby. There is a Bakery on the ground floor which stays open 24/7 and a supermarket open till midnight. Milos was very helpful and responsive and we had a seamless check in. His Mum received us on the day of arrival and stayed in touch to make sure that everything is good. All in all lovely people and great host. Would highly recommend the place.

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

we will remember Macy and Marko's stay forever. we were there for a month we had an entire house with 2 terraces including one on the roof overlooking the sea. Maca took care of us throughout our stay, gave my grandson toys, and played with him often. Throughout the period, we had a lot of guests, which was associated with frequent changes to linens and towels, which was no problem. Delicious figs from her tree were at our disposal, and grapes, tasty juice, and watermelons were just a few of the gifts she pampered us with. Even the charger we left sent us back to Poland. Her kindness will be remembered forever. The stay exceeded our expectations.

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

It was the perfect spot for us to relax and disconnect. The host was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the start. The building is new and the room was very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days in Kotor. The setting is beautiful and very quiet, and it has a spectacular view of the Bay of Kotor. Communication with Jaroslav was smooth and cordial. Thank you!

These hosts are so friendly and helpful and amazing. First of all, Slavko picked me up at the bus station. There are very few hosts I have met who will do that for you. The apartment was very clean and ohhhhh......the view. I was given delicious cake as a welcome and there were drinks in the refrigerator. Then, I was told a cousin was going into town and I could have a ride! I went into town and walked back. It was late and dark. I got lost on the mountain. Who came to my rescue? My hosts! Then, in the morning I had an early bus. Who dropped me off on the way to take their kids to school? The host! Really I cannot say enough about the generosity of these people and their beautiful apartment. You will be very happy and satisfied if you stay here.

Everything you can think of was great, only the internet went out 1-2 times, and then Goran tried to be helpful. I thank him. Great house, great host.

Short but great stay. Spectacular view, spacious, clean, peaceful. Iva was a great host, we had smooth and friendly communication.

I stayed for 1 night because of business travel. A bit far from the center but taxis are cheap in Podgorica (taxi from the city center to the apartment cost 5 Euros). It was a clean apartment. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, but impossible for 3. The only thing missing: there was no bath towel. No problem.

We stayed in the apartment for a few days. It is a cozy apartment with a great view from the window. It had everything you need to cook for yourself and have a good time. Great wi-fi. Friendly communication and quick answers in the chat. Nice place, we liked it and even booked a few more days. I recommend it!

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
