Beachfront vacation rentals in Sutivan

Just got back from Croatia and wanted to leave a proper review for Davorka’s place. It was the absolute best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and she truly defines what it means to be a superhost. She kindly offered to pick us up from the airport free of charge, welcomed us into her property at 9 PM, gave us fantastic recommendations, explained everything we needed to know about Split, and even had dinner waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was spotless, with two spacious bedrooms—one of them en-suite—and another immaculate bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the balcony was simply amazing. We’re already hoping to come back next year and stay for even longer. It was an absolute pleasure meeting Davorka and staying in her beautiful home. We truly felt at home.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

A hidden gem A wonderful apartment with beach access and lovely surroundings. Beautiful patio and a great, clean and well furnished apartment. Teo is a fanataic host - helpful, responsive and attentive. We simply loved our stay at this place and would love to come back to this awesome place!

I felt so comfortable in Mirka's beautiful apartment. It was just a pleasure to live right on the water with such a fantastic view. In addition, amenities, communication and cleanliness were great - I'd come back anytime and thank you to Mirka.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. I can't be more positive about Antonija and her villa. Situated in an absolutely beautiful bay, the clear Adriatic Sea and stunning surroundings were just what we'd been hoping to find. The Villa was a relatively new build that had been kept in pristine condition. It was exactly as described, pretty private, overlooked by one absent neighbour, it had a small pool, an outdoor barbecue and as many lemons, limes and sprigs of rosemary as you could pick. It was off-season so there were no tourists which was great. There wasn't much open, but the restaurant next door was making it easy when we couldn't bear to cook. There's a fantastic fish restaurant (Pasarela) only 45 minutes walk away that really should be visited - tables go down to the water's very edge - stunning! And Antonija couldn't have been more helpful, picking us up from the port on arrival, taking us to the supermarket every few days for supplies and taking us back to the port when leaving... We loved it!! A+++++

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

We had an amazing stay at Nikola's place! Great views, plenty of privacy, and the perfect space to enjoy for large groups. Still easy to access other areas of Split via taxi. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We really enjoy our stay. Everything clean, modern, absolutely perfekt. The apartment, the view, the pool, ... . The owner was helpful and communicative. Last but not least, excellent conditions for charging our electric car. It was wonderful, we would love to come back.

Everything we needed for a nice stay close to nature in this beautiful place. Very peaceful and relaxing sitting by the fruit trees watching the waves. Dusko the host gave us the warmest of welcomes, helped us to arrive by car, buy supplies and chatted with us over home made produce. So lovey to be near the sea, a very special time for us.

Villa Vito is in a beautiful setting with views over a secluded bay, and surrounded by olive groves. The outside space is thoughtfully designed to create a really peaceful and lovely area. We were there in the penultimate week of May and were very unlucky with the weather. Rain, high winds and chilly nights, although we did have some intermittent sunshine. We used the pool and swam in the sea. Overall we felt that the villa will work really well in better weather, when the outside space will really come into its own and evenings can be spent around the table by the pool, and making use of the outside sofa area. Inside, the downstairs space is rather limited, especially when confined by the weather as it is just an open plan kitchen with a sofa area at one end. It was fine for two but we felt it might be a bit 'tight' for a group of six. Ambroz was a very responsive and helpful host, especially when we had trouble with the door and the hot water, quickly sorting things out for us.

Josip and his wife were amazing hosts! Their apartment was absolutely beautiful in a perfect location to relax and enjoy the beach and pool. Walkable to great restaurants with views, and rent jet skis and boats. They went above and beyond to help with anything we needed and the breakfast was also an amazing touch.

Our stay at Stipe’s apartment in Podstrana, Split was fantastic! Stipe is an incredibly nice host who personally guided us through check-in, showed us around the apartment, and shared a wealth of recommendations for nearby restaurants, visit spots in Split, and travel tips. He was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The location was perfect for us—20 minutes from Split’s old town, in a quiet area with stunning views. A staircase just right outside of the apartment leads directly to the beach for swimming and sunbathing, with a lovely jogging and cycling path nearby. The apartment was impeccably clean and tidy, and the super spacious balcony was ideal for relaxing. Highly recommend Stipe’s place!

We would give this apartment more than five stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed everything was. Every detail was carefully considered to make the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the spacious balcony terrace. We spent countless hours there, sipping coffee or wine while enjoying the stunning sea view – it was pure relaxation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and, of course, some delicious ice cream. The beach is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fun day in the sun – you can rent a boat, paddleboard, beach beds, umbrellas etc For getting into town, you have options: either am 15-minute walk or a quick and easy boat taxi ride or only five minutes away by Uber from the local restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, a huge bravo to our hosts 🙌🏻✅👏

Wow! First of all, the house is right next to the sea with a gorgeous patio and breathtaking views. You enter through a stunning garden, up a few steps to the terrace with the garden view and then enter to a spacious, airy space that has nice decor and everything you need. Beautiful beaches are just steps away. Walk around the corner to the harbor and a choice of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee shops. Postira is a charming, historic, clean island village. I would absolutely visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our stay at Klaras & Beres house was incredible! The house is beautiful, well renovated and perfectly equipped. The beauty of the whole place does not fit on one picture, I tried. Bere welcomed us on the day of our arrival and showed us around. The garden, the fireplace, your private area at the ocean… pure heaven. Everyday the neighbors cat came by to spend some time with us. We will definitely come back! Best AirBnb stay so far for me! 🫶

Really wonderful place in Old Town. Lovely private space nestled into the old, labyrinthian quarter. Gave a vibe and glimpse of being a part of this charming community. Helpful hosts. Recommend.

A great house with plenty of space and very nice details, a nice garden and a separate large summer kitchen, including a great barbecue. The location of the house is in the 2nd row to the harbor, so the view of the sea and harbor are severely limited. Nevertheless, the location of the accommodation is great and only a short walk to the center of town.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Fully equipped kitchen, huge fridge with large fridge and even with ice cubes in the compartment upon arrival. Very lovingly decorated, very clean, impeccable air conditioning. An insanely beautiful terrace with a huge barbecue pavilion, which we also used, surrounded by olive trees, and giant rosemary shrubs that smell wonderfully. Fantastic bay with picturesque views. The colors of the sea water are beautiful, so yachts and catamarans also like to anchor in front of the bay. Very nice and friendly hosts, therefore top rating. Highly recommended.
