Villa vacation rentals in Sutivan

Nenad is an amazing host that is responsive and helpful. He showed us a short path to town and provided great suggestions during our stay! We wish we could have stayed longer as the house and pool proved to be an oasis with great privacy for a few days!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. Villa was as New and is very spacious and in Spotless Condition. Has all modern Amenities and Great Wifi Connection. Nino is an Extremely Excellent Host and couldnt do enough for us. The only downfall is the Villa location as the roads are Narrow and very steep and the location is more suited to Adults or Teenage kids as its location isnt Very Buggy Friendly unless you hire a Car or just solely rely on Taxis.

Beautiful peaceful location surrounded by Olive trees with stunning views. The house was very well appointed with good quality facilities. The pool area was a great space to relax. We stayed there with our teenage daughter and it was a prefect holiday. The host is excellent at all communications, really friendly and helpful. We didn't mind walking to and from the town of Sutivan but it is a steep hill especially when it's hot. The sea front is absolutely gorgeous in the evenings when the sun sets, good quality bars, restaurants and cafes for a prefect evening. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

Stunning view. It was so nice there. Everything is within walking distance and the beach is only a few 100 meters away. You had your peace there and the host was always available. We will be back next year. 😍

A wonderful week's holiday with our family. The villa is excellent, spotless clean, very well equipped and furnished, in a beautiful setting with fabulous views across the water. Wonderful sunsets. The kayaks were an added bonus Theres's a perfect beach bar serving great cocktails to paddle to almost opposite for a magical afternoon/ evening or two! The little village is a few minutes' walk from the villa with several good restaurants alongside the water and a cute pizza restaurant in a vine covered courtyard. Great location for driving/exploring such a fabulous, unspoilt island. Vlado was a great help and met us off the ferry, led us to the villa and showed us around / all the amenities. Mari was on hand every morning to help with any household things if required-such a lovely lady. Suffice to say, we didn't want to leave . Would return in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

If you are on the fence about booking here - do it. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip - with Tomi it genuinely felt like we were staying with family. The house itself was clean and cozy, with a beautiful backyard to enjoy lazy mornings or cool evenings. The location is amazing. You are a short walk to the downtown center, waterfront, and restaurant area. We also took the bikes to the park for a couple beach days while we stayed here which I highly recommend. Lastly, we cannot say enough good things about Tomi. He is an incredible host - extremely attentive to the little details, has amazing recommendations on how to spend your time, and is a lovely person to talk with (with lots of historical knowledge about Split). He will be as hands-off or hands-on as you want him to be. His mantra was "it is no problem, you just sit back and relax" and that truly elevated our experience. You will be treated better than at a 5-star hotel! Thank you for everything Tomi!

We had an incredible stay at this villa as a group of 6 friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tracey was an amazing host, greeting us personally at check in and check out, which made it feel warm and personal. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything ran smoothly. The swimming pool, BBQ area, and pool table were perfect for relaxing and having fun. The space was super generous, with room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to it each day felt like a dream. A standout moment was the surprise dinner by a local chef and a lovely bottle of house wine, such a thoughtful touch. Tracey was also very responsive throughout our stay. It was a truly unforgettable getaway, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape. We’re already planning to return!

Stellar host, hands down the best host we have ever had on Airbnb. Always responsive and provided excellent recommendations on restaurants, activities and miscellaneous requests (anything from nail salon to tennis court reservation)! Greeted us in person upon arrival, showed us around the house which made us feel right at home and safe! 11/10

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

Perfectly secluded house. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of room for many guests and all the amenities you need.

The villa was better than the pictures, the views of the sea and mountains were stunning. Kristian was a great host and the check in process was great. He also greeted us with some wine and deserts which was a lovely gesture! It’s a brilliant location with both Split and Trogir a 15 minute drive away and the bars and restaurants of Kaštel Gomilica are a 10 minute walk. I would definitely return if I was visiting the Kaštel area!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Everything was just as described, and we particularly liked that all of the rooms were ensuite. The outdoor area was at least as beautiful as on the pictures, we were happy to use the barbecue place outside and loved the pool. Communication was very easy and flexible. We definitely recommend the villa as a great place for a vacation with friends.

this is a MUST ! the villa is absolutely fabulous and has everything you can possibly need - I know a lot of the reviews say the photos don't do it justice and they really don't - the house is so clean, smells lovely and the beds are so comfy, the pool area is lovely, the sound system and WIFI is just brilliant, everything about this villa is perfect. The location is gorgeous! I would return in a heartbeat! It was my husbands birthday the day we arrived, as we had to send a copy of our passports to the host I think they have noticed the date from this and they left us a lovely bottle of win and a happy birthday note - how thoughtful! The host replies so fast and even arranged a taxi form the port for us - It really was just wonderful !

We had a wonderful time at Dolce Vita. The house is perfect, it is spacious and elegant with a feeling of luxury. We spent a week there with our two daughters, their husbands and three children from 1 to 7 years old. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was spotlessly cleaned. The terrace was large and had a lovely big pool with sunbeds and pool towels for everyone of us. There was a nice and quiet beach within walking distance. The view from the house was absolutely breathtaking! Lina was very very nice and helpful and easy to get in contact with, as soon as we had any questions. I van truly recommend Lisa as a host! Sutivan is a small, peaceful place, with beautiful surroundings. I hope to return soon again. Thank you Lina, for a week we will keep in our hearts forever!

We have really enjoyed our week long stay at Villa Petra. The hosts are welcoming, honest and helpful. The place is beautiful and has a very nice sea view. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

We can’t begin to thank Irena enough for a wonderful holiday at the Villa Iva. We were a party of 6 ( 5 adults 1 child) . The Villa was just as described. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax, especially the outdoor kitchen and pool area. You have a one minute walk to the sea and a 20 minute walk to Milna (6-7 by car). The bedrooms and bathrooms were all large with good mattresses and each came with its own mini-split ac unit. Multiple boilers ensured plenty of hot water for all. There were plenty of towels, sheets and everything necessary to ensure an enjoyable holiday. But the best thing about the Villa was Irena herself, she was so friendly and very easy to work from start to finish. We highly recommend Irena and Villa Iva. A side note, if you rent a boat you can park it in the bay in front of the villa. If you charter one they will pick you up in front as well. No need to travel to Milna.

Lovre's house is incredible. I highly recommend staying there. It is a very easy walk to Milna Harbour, shops and restaurants. The house is spotlessly clean, welcoming and is extremely easy to stay in. It was the perfect place to stay for our week in Milna, the pool and terrace were beautiful. Lovre was a great host, he was very responsive and very welcoming. We will be back.

Even though the way to the accommodation was a bit adventurous, it was worth it for the view and the tranquility. We made nice memories in the accommodation and would recommend it to anyone.
