We had a wonderful stay. The Apartment itself is stunning and very well equipped. Located right in the heart of the historic Lewes town center and close driving distance to many beautiful natural preserves and beaches. Ashley was a great host, friendly and communicative. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

We really loved our stay, so much so that we're already talking about returning next year! The owners were super communicative and helpful, the place was perfect for our family of four, the location across from a great pool and tennis courts could not be beat, parking was easy, and everything was clean and clearly marked. The loft was perfect for my 7yo, and my 3yo has probably never slept better. The washer/dryer were great and came in really handy, and having two bathtubs was really great for bathing two kids at once. The two different porches are a really lovely touch, and all the beds were comfortable and bath towels plentiful. Truly can't say enough good about it!

What a beautiful, clean, quiet, quaint home! Alene was a wonderful host and very responsive. As a family of 5 with 3 small children, we felt at home immediately and the children slept so soundly in the bedroom, while my husband and I had a comfortable sleep on the pull out couch. All of the furnishings in the home were new and well take care of-- with special touches like the keurig/ k cups, brita filter, salty/ sweet snacks (which the kids LOVED), as well a bathroom stocked with necessities (if needed). The home is also situated walking distance to the downtown and we were able to enjoy a walk and lovely breakfast Sunday morning at the local cafe. My family lives in the Delaware area, so we will definitely be back to this home next time we visit.

We’ve stayed at Jeff & Carri’s place twice now, and both times we’ve had a great experience. The location is ideal, and the space has everything that our family of three needs. We will definitely come back!

What a delight! I liked everything about it. Super homey and airy with just-right amenities- loved the dishes and glasses! - the bathroom was great- AND turns out I’m a road bike snob but those bikes they have for our use, the kind with one gear with super comfy seats - PERFECT for that gorgeous 15 mile loop whose trail starts right outside the door!! I loved the place. I want to stay there again. And Laura and Red were so very kind and understanding when I dorked up my checkout date (why can’t I read a calendar ?!). They were so sweet to me.

Nick was extremely quick to respond and communicate with us regarding our stay. The house was as advertised and worked well for us on our weekend trip.

Loved our stay! The house is in a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants and yet secluded and peaceful. The house was perfect for our family. A little yard space for the dog and we enjoyed the hot tub. Bill was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We hope to come back soon. Highly recommend!

Great spot, responsive host, overall great experience!

Sharee’s place was a dream. We bought our dogs and infant son and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. There were clean towels and linens in every room, the kitchen was fully stocked (which was important to us because we cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner most days), and bathrooms were spotless. Beds and all furniture were extremely comfortable and sturdy. We traveled to Ocean City and Rehobeth and both locations were really close. It was always nice to come back to a peaceful neighborhood and home. Neighbors were also really friendly, so that’s a plus! We’ll be back and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone interested.

We love coming to Georgetown and love staying at Rick's place. It's perfect for us, and we can relax there. The house is beautiful with great amenities. My mom appreciates the walk-in shower. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture in living and dining rooms. Rick is a fantastic host. I highly recommend this home!

Mallard Lakes is one of our favorite vacation destinations. Mary’s unit was so great, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again with her.

Great rental. The owner was quick to respond to questions and flexible with our needs. The home is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the beach and we were able to walk around town during our entire visit. The home itself is beautifully decorated and spacious with a newly upgraded and fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We loved our weekend getaway here and look forward to our next.

Lori is a fantastic host. She was responsive and friendly. Her home is beautiful and well-tended. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The house is roomy with plenty of beds for everyone. The family room was perfect for movie night. The house is within easy walking distance to several restaurants and the boardwalk. We will definitely keep this in mind for future stays.

me and my wife stayed here with our 2pups willow and mazie. place was AMAZING for the dogs. fenced in back yard in and wrap around front porch that we ALL could enjoy neighbors were wonderful people and Dog lovers ❤️. James was a GREAT HOST. we actually got to meet him in person. I wish we could have spent more time talking. locationis KEY. run the dogs at fenwick beach then hop down downtown to plenty of restaurants and bars...we will definitely be back...thank you james

Michelle's place was spacious and well-appointed for myself and four other people. The water pressure was great, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and it was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and while we didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, the screened-in porch was lovely to enjoy and, best of all, free! The beds were firm and comfortable; the apartment was very clean! Thanks for a great stay, Michele!

Absolutely perfect place for a large family. A beautiful condo. A 20 minute drive to the beach. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was the noise. Located behind a WaWa and near a busy intersection that had numerous EMS, police, and firetrucks day and night, it was always noisy. However, I would absolutely stay in this beautiful condo again. At the end of a fun day we were all tired and slept well. Shower heads amazing. Having two bathrooms was a must. Two people could shower at once and the water pressure was perfect. Loved the stocked shampoo/conditioner/ body wash. The kitchen had all the necessities needed if you forgot something at home. Towels were soft. Beds comfortable. Grateful we found this great place to stay. Thank you

We loved the condo! It was cute and very comfortable. The place was a good size and had a nice layout. The beds were comfy and the thick walls made our stay quiet and peaceful. The host did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and tidy. We had great instructions and the host was responsive when we had an issue on our end. Highly recommend!

Simple check-in and easy access. Not much to say besides the stay was very enjoyable and would recommend to any others! Had a great time with my friends.

This was a wonderful condo, close to everything. The hosts were helpful, responsive and friendly. The space was very quiet and comfortable and the added screened in porch was perfect for coffee in the morning! Will likely stay again soon!

Most everything was great about this place. Easy access to the beach, comfortable (though very noisy) twin beds (I can’t speak for the queen one as my in-laws used that one), clean and spacious accommodations. The balcony was just perfect - I sat out there as often as I could. One thing that was strange was that I had to sign and mail back a lease, separate from air bnb stuff. Also, Robert mailed the key so now I have to mail it back. Not a big deal but mildly annoying - just another unusual thing to keep track of. Also heads up: you have to check in at a place across the street before being able to get into the Sea Colony area. We waited in line for about 20 minutes, and they close at 5 so I don’t know what happens if you get there after that. It turned out fine but I wasn’t expecting that step to be that time consuming. But even though the weather wasn’t great while we were there, we had a good and relaxing time because the condo is great for hanging out in. Will maybe come back!
