Very nice apartment in the middle of the town Rotunda While in the summer the rotunda may be noisy, during Spring break it's a perfect location Host is very responsive, and place was very clean

Great location, very convenient, especially with a toddler. No restroom on the beach, but can easily walk back and forth from room. Not even 1 minute walk to be right on the beach, just removed from the start of a busy business boardwalk but so close that it makes the walk close. Pool is nice, private. Balcony is very large, cannot see the ocean from it. Condo is spacious, well equipped kitchen of tools. Helpful map and instructions from very responsive and friendly Donna! Dining and local activities guides and games are a helpful touch! Remember to bring your own toilet paper, dish soap, bedsheets, bath towels and laundry detergent!

Nick reached out and offered us a larger house closer to the beach because the one we initially rented had nearby construction and he knew we were traveling with an infant who might be affected by the noise. Very thoughtful of him and the house was great and worked perfectly for our needs. We would definitely rent from him again!

what a great little 2 bedroom condo! It's super cute with a fresh clean feel, and a pretty large outside porch. Great spot for 1-2 couples or a small family. The Location is just 1 block off the main drag, Reho Ave, but with this condo being on an usual side street, it gets very little traffic (auto or foot), so it's very quiet still. it's not right off the ocean, but it's a very easy few block walk or easier quick bike ride, up to the ocean. We loved it here and would definitely come back!

Sea Colony is a beautiful resort in Bethany Beach. We were looking for a beach experience, so we didn't participate in the various activities - tennis! There is a fee of $55 per person on top of the AirBnB fee but there is much to offer for this fee. It is due when you check in. The unit has a balcony with a view of the beach. The bath has a tub which needs a bath mat to avoid slipping. Since the weather was perfect we didn't spend much time in the unit. Be sure to bring towels, wash cloths and linens. Kitchen has both K-cup and drip coffee makers.

Nicely decorated and clean unit . Well appointed for necessities . It was an asset having two bathrooms . Very responsive .

I enjoyed my stay and I've never had such a responsive mgt company. Went above and beyond to make sure my stay was everything I needed. Thank you.

My wife, golden doodle and I stayed at Gerhard’s during our recent stay at Dewey Beach. The place was amazing! Beautifully located near the beach, it was a quick walk to the ocean and the restaurants/ bars. The condo itself is right on the Bay, and has a beautiful view from the living room. We spent time reading in the sand right at the condo as well, which was nice. Gerhard was very communicative and friendly, making the rental process super easy. Would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend!

This house is spacious and clean, and it is in a great area with great surrounding businesses and restaurants. It is in a walkable area in close proximity to the beach. The hosts were very flexible with check in and check out, and they were easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here and with this host team. Great weekend

My husband and I stayed at Brian‘s place with our two dogs for the Dewey Beach Doodle Romp. It was the perfect location because it was near the beach so easy access for the dogs, easy to get to the Rehobeth Boardwalk and Dewey Beach for the Doodle Romp. We needed something quiet so the dogs wouldn’t bark and that’s exactly what we had. It was peaceful and we all slept really well. It had everything we needed, which was basically a coffee maker (there are 2) since we ate all of our meals out Brian gave excellent instructions before we got there and although he said we didn’t have to clean up we did. It was clean and cute…he has books and games and there’s a picnic table if you want to eat outside .The bed was very comfortable, which is something that’s very important to me when I stay at an Airbnb. It’s perfect for two people and a couple of dogs. I would definitely go back. 100% Recommend!

This was our second stay at Jonathan's place. He is a great host - very responsive and accommodating. The house is in a great location - very peaceful but close to shopping and restaurants. Our dog also enjoyed the long walks there too! We plan on staying there again.

We come to Rehoboth often, but this was our first time renting a place of our own- and this home is perfect. Brittany & Peter’s home is clean, comfortable, spacious, and in an ideal location to be close to everything. The hosts were also extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Our favorite part of the home is the screened patio where you can relax and enjoy the weather. We will absolutely be back and can’t say enough good things!!!

We loved this place. We walked to so many restaurants. The decks were great. My kids loved sleeping in the loft. The shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, garbage/ziploc bags, dish soap, Brita, extra blankets, etc were amazing and plentiful. Felt like home. I contacted Shida once and she was wonderful. Will definitely be staying here again!!

The condo was just like it was described. Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is conveniently located near outlet shopping, restaurants and the beach. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay. I would most certainly come again!😃

This little apartment was just what we were looking for. Close to the boardwalk area, but not so close that we were fighting crowds & traffic. Just enough off the beaten path to make it a quiet, restful place to be. Jill was very communicative & helpful.

We loved our stay at the condo. The location was perfect as we were within minutes of both Dewey and Rehoboth beaches but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Kristen & Mike were excellent hosts and the condo was in great shape!

The location is convenient for beach and shopping access. Lots of walking opportunities (although, strangely, there are few safe crosswalks nearby, not very pedestrian friendly, but that's not on Andy :). The instructions were easy to follow and the home itself was well furnished and quiet. The only thing we found out once on site that was not immediately clear on the description is that the pool is not available until after Memorial Day.

This was a wonderful condo, close to everything. The hosts were helpful, responsive and friendly. The space was very quiet and comfortable and the added screened in porch was perfect for coffee in the morning! Will likely stay again soon!

Liliana’s place was immaculately clean and well appointed. Perfect space for a small family or two couples. We felt right at home and the upgrades are exquisite.
