At least 5 stars in every respect. Had everything a person could want; hosts really thought of everything! They cheerfully accommodated all inquiries, very promptly. Everything about it shows they care. Loved the view from the top floor balcony especially. Beach was pretty and barely saw anyone else there, our favorite kind of beach. Can see the sunrise and sunset colors!

Christian is a great host! He was very responsive to questions as well as very helpful! Had a family of geese in the backyard which was fun to watch! Location is close to beach and restaurants! We had a great time!

Nancy was very accommodating with our last-minute reservation. She communicated frequently and responded to any issues that arose promptly and graciously. The accommodations were beautiful - adjacent to the private community beach, which was clean and spacious. The house was clean; it was great having 3.5 bathrooms and a bed for each guest. We had a few issues with linens but Nancy responded promptly and resolved our issues. I would absolutely rent from her again.

Perfect! We had a wonderful week in Bethany Beach! Mike’s place had ample room for our family four. It was super quiet and conveniently located. The parking pass and nearby trolley stops made beach access a breeze. We will definitely stay again!

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

We loved the location, right across from one of the pools! Lots of steps but it’s a great property and plenty of room for everyone! Would definitely stay again!

Christie was incredibly helpful and nice! I booked her home super last min and I was able to get right in. Big plus was having many channels on the tv for the evenings (those who book beach spots know many places have some random package) she had network TV (great for my niece!) A gem of a location as well! Would 100% return.

Steve’s place worth perfectly for us for our short stay for the Rehoboth Beach Seashore Marathon. It was conveniently located near everything we were looking for. Steve was very flexible with our check-in and check-out given we were there in low season. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook meals and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A good value for us.

It was beautiful and clean Home and back view Amazing Specially sunset view. Very safe neighborhood and near the kind restaurants and play areas. I do recommend and we going back next summer and stay again.

Josh and his home were lovely. We had a wonderful stay. We were close to everything we needed during our stay. Josh is extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. If we need a spot in the area again I will absolutely reach out. The home was excellent size and in great shape, extremely clean.

Everything was perfect! Jeff was easy to communicate with. The place was clean and comfortable. we enjoyed the pool. Minutes from urgent care (yup we made a trip ) CVS, the beach and great places to eat. Great price point, too. Beds were also very comfortable. Perfect for myself and two children. Ages 7 and 9. Highly recommend

Christopher’s place exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful place to stay. The entire space was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and well kept. We loved the location, a short drive to several different beaches. We enjoyed being able to walk and ride bikes around the quiet neighborhood. The hosts were friendly and communicative, offering many suggestions on what the area has to offer.

Maria and Amy, were very helpful with being hospitable for our stay, I appreciate the quick and responsive communication at all times. The house was very pretty and peaceful. I’d recommend staying here!

Maria’s place has a lot of space and works great for our family and new fur baby! The host is very responsive and made sure everything is ok. The house is also equipped with almost everything you need for a home! The neighborhood is quiet and the location is not too far from restaurants and beaches.

The house was beautiful and in a great location! It was wonderful with young families to be able to walk to the pool and the neighborhood was very nice. Close to shops and restaurants, and overall a very comfortable home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matt’s place. Having three floors and multiple bathrooms with our party of six was incredibly helpful. Everyone had their own area to unwind in after being at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, as well as the linen closet and beach item closet! Matt’s communication is outstanding, as are his directions. A hidden gem are the two pools located within the complex. In particular, we enjoyed the smaller pool and the ability to cool off while sitting in the shallow areas of the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to come to Rehoboth Beach!

Celebrated my 4 year anniversary here and it was beautiful! The Airbnb looked just like the photos and felt like home! Loved all the things there was to do around the area!

A pretty great place to stay! Very convenient and very close to the town so driving was never an issue. The overall place was also very comfortable and the space was clean and cozy

This was perfect space for me and my friends to crash for the weekend! We appreciated the access to the shed which had beach chairs and the beach cart - the living room was cozy and the rooms were great. No complaints! It is a little bit of a walk to the restaurants and main strip - the beach is two blocks over. Maybe like a ten minute walk to everything but the house is cute and we had a great time.

We spent a few days at Ryan and Shannon’s place - they were so flexible and accommodating of our schedule, and curated a lovely local guide that we utilized a fair bit. The house itself was clean, spacious and beautifully designed. It was around a 10 minute drive from the beach and downtown area. We enjoyed our stay here immensely!

Staying at Bridget’s house was wonderful! She was super responsive if we needed anything. It was a very quiet and peaceful area, walking distance from the small town of restaurants and shops. I would definitely come back
