Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Sussex County

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

Great house and the community was very well maintained. My kids loved the amenities that came with the community, including the pool and the small, but kid friendly beach. Overall, this was the nicest Airbnb house we have stayed in. We’d love to come back.

Our stay at Sergui’s home was wonderful! The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood but in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and the beach. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Sergui was very friendly and prompt in his communication. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had a house with another vendor that was so bad we had to change last minute. The rep from Win-Le was super responsive and found us the perfect place within minutes. The hosts were so friendly and helped us get situated after a stressful evening. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

This place was sooo cozy and has the best couch I've ever sat on in my life. It was an easy check in. It was so quiet. Private. Everything you need is there. The host Bobdan was super friendly. Pet friendly and has a great fenced in backyard to take your pup out to potty. It's walking distance from a dunkin and it is near a bunch of places including a short drive to the beach. Wonderful stay!

me and my wife stayed here with our 2pups willow and mazie. place was AMAZING for the dogs. fenced in back yard in and wrap around front porch that we ALL could enjoy neighbors were wonderful people and Dog lovers ❤️. James was a GREAT HOST. we actually got to meet him in person. I wish we could have spent more time talking. locationis KEY. run the dogs at fenwick beach then hop down downtown to plenty of restaurants and bars...we will definitely be back...thank you james

My family & I enjoyed a lovely week at Brian & Gwen's home. It was our 2nd visit & just as nice as our 1st visit. Each morning we enjoyed sitting out in the screened porch, pools & tennis in walking distance, & a shuttle each day to take us to the beach! We enjoyed a couple of good breakfasts & dinners out, barbecued suppers on a new barbecue, & had a fire in the fire pit on the patio. Something to do for everyone! Their home & the surrounding complex is lovely & well kept. They are both easy to work with & responded well. It was a home away from home! We would love to stay with them again on our next visit to Bethany Beach DE.

This home was so great for our multiple family vacation. Host was adaptive and responsive. The layout of the house was great for privacy for individual families while great common areas for socializing.

We had a great off-season stay. The condo is clean and modern. The patio has a view of the bay and you can watch the sunset. The common outdoor spaces were also really nice. Responsive hosts who answered any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Patty ‘s place was a wonderful retreat for a peaceful and relaxing weekend. The home is comfortably furnished with gorgeous decor. There were even fresh flowers! Appreciated the large sofa and the gigantic TV. Enjoyed the nature views throughout the many windows,, it was private and secluded. It was nice waking up to gentle bird song. There were plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, the location is close to beaches and parks. Patty was easy to communicate with and responsive with any messages. It was a great stay, and if in the area again, would definitely return to this Airbnb.

Robin and her Co-Hosts were great! Very responsive to any issues that came up. The location was perfect for the wedding we went to. Everyone was in the hotel block below but we had a condo pretty much for the hotel block price. (We stayed a week) Trying to figure out exactly where to go was a bit tough but that could be due to the fact it was the top floor with the hotel being the bottom 3 floors. Also may be due to the traveling and lack of sleep. But overall once we got our keycards it was pretty easy to get to the room. Everyone time after the first was perfectly easy! Had no complaints about the cleanliness.

Prime location next to the beach, stores, and shops. Fun-loving hosts. Cute decor and spacious enough to accommodate a large group. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

My husband, teenage daughter and I had a great stay at Robin's Dewey Beach residence! Owner was responsive and sent helpful instructions for check-in. The location was perfect-conveniently nestled between the bay and beach. The balcony provided gorgeous views of sunrises and sunsets. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Since we were there in April, not everything had reopened for the season, but we had no problems finding places to eat/shop. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and as described in the listing. We will definitely stay again during a future visit to Delaware!

Can’t say enough about Adele & John as hosts, how friendly and helpful they were, and of course how clean, comfortable and convenient the unit was. Will definitely stay again when in the area! Loved watching chickens the chickens on the property- so much fun!
