Beautiful spot on the edge of a hiking area. Secluded and private, with beautiful views. Swimming pool is beautifully located and the special house with the deep basement has atmosphere. Hosts are careful in their place and have made something beautiful out of it. Enjoy.

We highly recommend the house! The communication with Kevin was very straightforward and friendly. The house was very clean and had a great atmosphere! We loved the tranquility and had everything we needed! The area is very well maintained, safe and everything can be reached in a short time.

Great property! We stayed here with our three dogs for a week. The house and backyard are great. The house is very clean and has a lot of modern touches like multiple air conditioning units, a refrigerator with an ice machine and water filter, large smart tv, and modern finishings. The place is very clean and well decorated. However the real star of the property is the backyard. It feels like an oasis in the city - the patio, yard, and pool are very well landscaped and a great place to relax. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard where we could hang out and enjoy the nice weather. The host was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to take our dogs. She also left us a dog bowl, toys, and bags which was very thoughtful (and some local beers for us, which was also very nice). The property is about a 15 minute walk to city center and the train station where you can find a lot of great restaurants and bars. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

We were 11 girls and loved staying in his beautiful villa: clean, spacious, very well-equipped, in a quiet and green setting, while being close to shops. We stayed in this accommodation with friends for oral exams in Montpellier, halfway between revisions, relaxation and shared moments. The place was perfect for this special time: the pool is really nice, ideal for cooling off between two sessions, and the plancha was a real plus for our outdoor dining. The interior is very functional, well-equipped, especially the kitchen which is great. The air conditioning really relieved us with the heat of the moment. And above all, the owners were very nice and welcoming. Comfortable and convenient accommodation, in which we felt good from start to finish. Thank you for this trip!

This villa is a real rare gem, beautiful decoration, very clean, super well-equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a stay here in a quiet neighborhood and by a nice pool with five friends! The contact Chloe with whom I spoke throughout the stay (and before) is very responsive and very nice. I am someone who is very perfectionist and who usually notices the small details but I have nothing to complain about. I am perfectly satisfied with this weekend in this house. I highly recommend the place if you're looking to unwind in peace and affordable luxury!We were in a car but there is a tram nearby that allows easy access to the Montpellier network.

We had a great time with the family. The house is ideal, the location is very good. The village is very nice and the shops are very good! The kitchen is functional, the terrace is very good. The shallow pool allows children to have fun for hours! The garden is spacious. Great BBQ area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and functional. Lucy is very responsive! We'll be back for sure!

We had a great time at Luc and Stephanie's. Our check-in went extremely well thanks to the communication and availability of our host. He is welcoming, smiling and friendly, it's nice. The accommodation is in very good condition, there is everything you need to live on vacation. And even more, we were able to have a barbecue, there are bikes for going for a ride… There is a parking space in the shade to put the car. That's perfect!!

Great hospitality from Lucie in her field. A magical and timeless place. The accommodation is very clean, tastefully decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. From the estate you can walk and have a magnificent view of the Pic Saint Loup and the vineyards. Lucie gave us recommendations for our stay, the Sommieres market, a small village with character and the Domaine du Haut Liron which belongs to the family. Wine tasting that is really worth a visit, the estate is beautiful. Thanks again Lucie!

Lovely apartment with great attention to detail, well accessible by car. It was surprisingly spacious and extremely well equiped. We loved it and can definitely recommend! It's a more isolated village, but lots of nature and activities to do nearby

Firstly let me say that this house is outstandingly beautiful! It’s is furnished with exquisite taste! Situated on a hill, the surrounding views are breathtaking with a bonus of beautiful sunsets! It really caters comfortably for 12 people, with a choice of three outdoor tables, for al fresco dining and one indoors plus several cosy seating areas around the house and two outdoor ” planchas” for perfect grilling . The kitchen is extremely well equipped and provides you with everything you need . As for the gorgeous pool and sun loungers , outdoor fridge, outdoor loo, a large shaded area, you have everything to enjoy hours of fun. The bedrooms ( en-suite) are so relaxing and comfortable thanks to quality beds and bed linen. Despite being a big group , there were so many areas to chill and switch off which made the stay very pleasant . Véronique was a wonderful host and we look forward to returning again.

Stay 10 days in this amazing home! Very comfortable, beautiful and tastefully decorated and everything was present. Special compliment for the delicious bed. Made a lot of use of the beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The surroundings are worth exploring. Montpelier is beautiful and close to Matelles is very nice and friendly. Also visit the caps along the Hérault. In short, a great stay and definitely recommended!

We spent 2 nights for 4 people in Frédéric and Bernadette's accommodation, only in "dormitory" mode (family reunion a few streets away). So we didn't get a chance to use the amenities on site. But from what we could see, everything is there for an excellent full stay. Very quiet location and well-equipped accommodation/garden. On the human side, Frédéric and Bernadette are absolutely charming. Communication upstream and on-site was smooth and extremely pleasant. We would highly recommend it.

We loved our two nights in Aigues-Vives. Marion and Guillaume were charming and so helpful. The accommodation was stylish, spotlessly clean and very peaceful and in a superb location for exploring the area. We would definitely return again.
