A very cheerful neighborhood. Our place is good for groups, families with kids, couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Literally across the street from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc, and just a few hundred yards from Public pool. Ask about blocked dates too!!! Please, NO PARTIES ever!!!

Place was clean and serene!! Got out of the city and into the woods for a long holiday weekend. The rental is close to plenty of local attractions to keep our family pleasantly occupied. We hiked Hawk mountain, fished Leaser lake, rode bikes, went bowling, had a baseball catch, went to Cabella’s, and two Fighting Phillies baseball games. I ordered a bidet for our own home after our visit. Do yourself a kindness and treat yourself to a stay at the Leaser Lake B&B!!

I had a great restful time while on a work trip to Penn State here. The place gets great natural light and I enjoyed the colorful aesthetics. As a person who is above 6’2” with my heels on, The ceilings were low, something to think about for my tall friends, but it worked fine after getting used to it. Great place that I’d definitely book again if ever in this area

We really enjoyed a relaxed girls' weekend in your beautiful home. Spacious living room with great natural light and the fireplace was so comfortable. We spent late afternoons on the front porch enjoying the beauty of the farmland and the friendly families passing by in their buggies. It's a peaceful and quiet location for a getaway. A warning to be careful coming downstairs in low light or darkness. The color of the last step is indistinguishable from the landing and you might step off it.

Love visiting the Ronks area. The house was just as described, very neat, clean, with great vistas. Only recommendation I might make would be to install a folding door in the entrance to the main bath. We WILL stay here again!! Tonya was not only extremely proactive she also made sure that we were able to contact her. We very much enjoyed our stay, we WILL be back!

This is our second time staying at this location. Not sure if it was the same owners or not but wonderful both times! Tastefully decorated with lots of historic furnishings and decor. Lots of space, right on the road yet still peaceful. Very close to ice cream!! Ideal location so you can walk out the front door, turn left or right, and find plenty to do! Worth mentioning but not major things-listing shows a fireplace but it is not connected (Was told by host it was due to local regulations) and nothing in the kitchen but salt and pepper. If you plan on cooking, you’ll need to bring all necessary ingredients including spices. Again, minor but just a FYI. Thank you for a very pleasant stay in a wonderful town. Very much worth the price.

Sarah went above and beyond to make us feel like family staying in her guest house. From the special delivery of wood for a campfire to a one on one education on fibers we felt so special. The surroundings were beautiful and location so peaceful and relaxing. We loved getting to know all the animals from the alpacas to the barn cats. The house was lovely and full of character. Sarah provided the ingredients for a lovely breakfast even including oranges to make fresh squeezed juice with her press and a pan of local cinnamon buns. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We had an amazing weekend away on the farm!
