I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

Beautiful "Vignerone" at the feet of Sancerre !

Perfectly situated , 2km from Sancerre and 1 km fron Chavignol, an old house entirely renovated for 6 persons. Huge garden of more than 1200 m2 with a lot of fruit trees. Quiet of the countryside in the heart of a village and at the feet of vines. Garden furniture and barbecue. Huge kitchen with dining area upstairs. Master bedrrom with bathroom and office corner, second double room, and children room with two singles (2x 90 cm/ bedroom to go through to reach one of the double room).

This place has a parking space (extremely rare in the center of Sancerre!). Ideally located between the new square (100 m) and the church (less than 100 m).

My pillow in the barn

"Mon oreiller dans l'étable" is a small cottage located on the Loire bike route, at the gates of Sancerre and Chavignol and close to Guedelon. Great for a pleasant tourist stay. We welcome you to an outbuilding close to the owners' house but you will be totally independent. Old 45 m2 barn completely renovated with private terrace and secure parking to accommodate bicycles, you will be seduced by the charm of the old stone.

Beautifully recently renovated (2021) gites that meets all the comforts! Two airconditioners, two toilets, large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, waffle iron, coffee maker, kettle and even more.. Great bed and nice bathroom. Gilles was really friendly. The gites is located on a dead end street. The pool is next to the church (2min walk). Lovely pool, clean, share with other guests - but that wasn't a problem for us. There is also a toilet and changing room by the pool. Also spacious garden with lounge set. Car you park by the garden, behind closed doors. For example, the car is free and safe. That's nice. The Loire is a beautiful river. Village is quiet and the area is beautiful. Restaurant M was recommended!

It was wonderful to stay here for a few days. Beautiful house, quiet and for everyone a private room with bathroom and toilet. And very clean! From here we were able to explore the area very well. Floriane is really friendly and helpful. Despite the language barrier (I don't speak French and Floriane don't speak English very well), we always came out. Highly recommended to go!

Thanks Patricia for a fabulous stay. The house is lovely - so pretty and has everything we needed. Thank you also for being so responsive about the shower enclosure door and for sending the plumber to fix it so quickly - we really appreciated it. We would definitely recommend. It's in easy walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops and wine tasting places - totally heavenly!

Our stay at Charlotte's was extremely pleasant. The house is tastefully renovated, and offers all the necessary comforts (kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, etc.). You feel at home there. We really enjoyed the calm of its location while being in the heart of Sancerre and its shops, and just a few minutes from the start of beautiful walks in the vineyards. Charlotte was a perfect host, very responsive and extremely flexible. We would happily stay again and would highly recommend it to our loved ones.

English-style cottage next to Sancerre

A lovely place to stay, the house had everything we needed. It was clean and cosy when we arrived and the fire kept us warm on the chill spring days. The garden was a lovely place to sit, when the sun came out, which it di, giving us a very hot week in April. Thank you for putting up the extra fence, so that our dogs could not go exploring outside. Walking in the area is wonderful, we enjoyed many walks with our 2 dogs, vineyard, forest and field and Vinon has a bar for a refreshing beer if you can set your walk to come home that way. Its a treasure of a place. Thank you for sharing.

As a manager of a short-term rental concierge on the Côte d'Or, I know how difficult it is to make a stay pleasant for your guests. Bravo Jean Claude for this perfectly neat and tastefully decorated accommodation, always in the jungle theme. Your little touches from the moment of arrival are a real plus and very much appreciated (coffee, madeleines, bowls for the dogs). You're a thoughtful and available host before and during the stay, which is great. Self check-in is simple and convenient. The accommodation is very clean and the bedding quality. In short, an address to keep and share. I hope you have plenty of bookings.

Charming 6-person cottage in the heart of Sancerrois

We had a great time staying at Gaëtan's lovingly renovated cottage. The kids enjoyed the pool, I enjoyed the tranquility. The kitchen is well equipped, we baked crepes and squeezed oranges in the morning. Gaëtan welcomed us warmly, was always reachable and brought us a list of excursion destinations. Thank you very much for everything, it was great!
