Great place to stay! The location was super convenient—just minutes from a supermarket and Target, which made picking up anything we needed a breeze. It's also perfectly situated for visiting Busch Gardens and exploring other nearby attractions. The area has a lot of history too, so don’t miss out on checking out some of the local spots. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time. Lots of room. Beds were comfortable. The area surrounding the condo was beautiful...right on a small lake with fountains.

The resort and the unit were beautiful, very clean, and very nice. Great location for Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown. When our microwave was not working properly, we texted the front desk, and maintenance arrived in less than 10 minutes and installed a new microwave - entire process under 30 minutes. Kudos to awesome maintenance team!!

When our first reservation fell through, Nadine quickly helped us secure a place for our family of six and was incredibly responsive to all our needs. Our unit was perfect for us — much bigger than I expected for a two bedroom, and the pools were also a big hit. Location is central to Williamsburg sights.

The house was amazing with lots of room and a beautiful view of James River. We saw lots of wildlife like eagles, osprey, rabbits, lizards, deer etc. It is in a great location away from everything and a short drive to ride the ferry to Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. We wanted to enjoyed all of the historical places since all of my kids love history. One day was supposed to be rainy so we stayed in the Surry area and visited Bacon’s Castle and Smith’s Fort. Both are very interesting places to visit and I highly recommend them. It was my husband and me with our 5 grown up children all ranging in ages of 18 to 31. All of us wanted to visit all the historical spots and even did a Civil War Ghost tour that my youngest son really enjoyed. Everything was great. Coming back to the house was so relaxing either by the tv or making s’mores by the fire pit. The beds are comfy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is a perfect getaway and I hope to stay here more in the future.

Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We had a wonderful week staying at this charming home over Christmas! The hosts went above and beyond to make everything festive and cozy, with a real Christmas tree, garlands, lights, and more – it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is full of character, and we loved waking up each morning to the sight of the horses, plus walking around the farm to visit the other animals. It was also perfectly located near my family and the towns of Wakefield and Waverly. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It's great when reality meets expectations - and the posting for this place was exactly that. In addition, Lynn was quick and responsive to our questions - which was a great help in moving in. The past month in this setting was just what we needed!

The cottage was in a nice quiet neighborhood, could walk the dog, it also has a fenced in yard. The home was exceptionally clean, it has all amenities needed, even a few extras, gas grill, beach chairs etc.. The bed was comfortable. Also enjoyed the water and snack basket that was left with a welcome note. Definitely recommend! Really felt like home! Short drive to restaurants and shops and a 2 minute drive to a cute little beach with lifeguards, restrooms and a free parking lot!

We had a great time staying at Vacation Village. The two adjoining units were very convenient for my extended family. Igor communicated clearly on the check-in instructions and expectations for the units. We would come back!

I needed a pet friendly place to stay to attend a local graduation and this was the perfect place. I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities at the campground, but saw them and it looked like the pictures. Had a nice, quiet stay.

Colleen was an excellent host! She was very accommodating and understanding when she walked me through the process on how to book the condo. I would definitely recommend her in this place. It is centrally located in the Williamsburg area very close to all the sites and tours around the area. The check in process was very smooth and the staff were very friendly. 10 out of 10 recommend

Brought my family of 7 (4 adults, 3 children) to VA for April break. We had plenty of space to spread out between the two units. The resort is located up the street from shopping centers for all you basic needs. Early spring meant the outdoor pool wasn't open, but my children (15, 12 & 11) enjoyed the other amenities offered such as pickleball, miniature golf and the activity center. The resort is going through some refurbishment, so there were places that had dumpsters and equipment out. We felt safe walking around the property at all times. The only draw back, which is no reflection on Christian, was one of our units had a sewage smell and a damp smell. We flushed out the water pipes to clear out the smell and the carpets need to be updated, again not the fault of the host. This space may be on the list to be refurbished. I provided my feedback to the resort. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property to other families.

10 minutes from everything to do. Great restaurants in the area. Quiet peaceful place. Hot tub and pool amenities were excellent.

The place was just as described and was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The resort was beautiful with nice walking areas and water features. I would definitely stay here again.

Tara’s Powhatan Resort listen is fantastic! Easy check-in, and check-out. Beautifully maintained grounds. Great fun for families, couples and singles of all ages. Comfortable suites, with a cozy home atmosphere. Minutes away from The Historic Colonial Williamsburg tourist attraction. Olde Towne Pizza delivered, and was Great! My family is still raving about it! We had a great stay!
