Condo vacation rentals in Surry County

Second time around and well I can say is I’ll be back! The location is wonderful, peaceful yet pretty to do if you choose. It’s private. The room itself is cozy and comfy. Crystal and Jaime are extremely responsive and easy to work with.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

The condo is well appointed with everything I needed. Kingsmill is a special place. Rodica was very quick to reply when I had a few different questions. Very comfortable bed and reading chairs. Top notch.

And the bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

I appreciate Brooke for her very timely customer service & response time. I originally tried to book with another host within the same resort and he was so nasty, that I wasn't going to look again within this resort. I looked again and it was GOD who guided my fingers to her listing. I'm glad I didn't give up and So glad Brooke was the Angel to respond IMMEDIATELY! My sister and I stayed at Dave’s beautiful apartment - elegantly decorated, equipped with everything we needed in a quiet and park-like neighborhood only a short drive from the cultural and culinary offerings in Williamsburg. The space provided each couple with individual privacy. The common spaces are cozy and very comfortable. Easy check-in, well prepared. We had a wonderful stay- highly recommended!

The condo was a perfect temporary home for our family of 4. It is lovely, spacious and well-stocked. The condo is in a great location - so close to Busch Gardens, and the river views were beautiful. In addition, Lynn worked with us to drop off our luggage before checkin on the day of arrival and to book an extra day (without the extra night) for the day of departure. Customer service has also been 5 star! Response to all of our questions has been prompt, courteous and complete! We’ve been to the area many, many times over the past 20 years and have stayed in so many different places (condos, townhouses, budget hotels, more pricey hotels, etc.). This was our best overall experience by far! Next time we are visiting Williamsburg, we will definitely check to see if the same place is available!

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place! The entire unit was spotless, (I am OCD and I approve) perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All of the Hosts were very responsive and we had a smooth transition when we needed to extend once more. We would definitely book again!

Great place and great host! Karim was very responsive to the few questions I had and was very helpful. Beach is only about 50 steps away and has easy/private access. Relaxing deck and mostly very quiet surroundings. Love the place!!

Plenty of space for our family of 7. We were close to all the things we wanted to do in the area.

We were very pleased with our stay. Check-In was very easy with plenty of text notifications. Check out was easy as well. We were greeted by Club Wyndham timeshare staff and invited to attend a presentation, but the offer was very friendly and not pushy at all. It was a very good experience, and we would love to stay again. We visit our Aunt who lives in Ford's Colony and found this location we'll suited for all of Williamsburg.

Our family of 6 has a great time. Plenty of space at the unit and the amenities were even more than described. We'll be coming back!

This was a great place for a weekend In Williamsburg. Lots of comfy beds, functional kitchen, plenty of places to sit and chat.
