This studio is located a few meters from the Malecon with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, with parks, bike paths and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy. Nearby are restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, markets and everything you need for your stay. Do not forget to visit the municipal park of Barranco and El Puente de Los Suspiros. Cozy apartment on the 4th floor (with an elevator) overlooking the building gardens. Fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker and drinking water always available.
