Ivette’s apartment was exactly what we needed—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet residential area but still very close to a lovely park, which was great for morning walks and fresh air. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, and Ivette was a responsive and welcoming host. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything you need!

Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

Every time I travel to Lima I stay at these apartments AND I have recommended them to everyone as well. Location is great, the apartment is perfect, there is always a welcome package of food when I arrive, linens are spotless. And the hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Absolutely perfect!

Great place! We were 10 - two family groups plus other adult friends - and the space was perfect! Large enough to accommodate different groupings in the common areas, etc. Great location with fantastic nearby restaurants, shopping, activities. Fantastic host who was very responsive!

I was very lucky to find Cecilia's place. great location, safe neighborhood, easy access to stores and restaurants. In this apartment I found everything I needed for my stay and I will not hesitate to book it again. Cecilia is a great host always making sure everything goes smoothly.

Location is great. Few minute walk for beautiful sunsets every night. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Three level apartment had everything we needed. We loved sitting rooftop and watching the paragliders off the coast. Wi-Fi was excellent and the bed slept excellent. Great value, great place!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. We absolutely love this place — it truly feels like a home away from home. The space is clean, comfortable, cozy and perfectly located. At this point, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we’re in Peru. Already looking forward to our next visit! The place is as advertised in the photos. Lily was super friendly from the moment we contacted her, flexible with check-in and check-out, and always attentive to our questions. He recommended places and where we could go to eat. The water heater is enough for two full showers. If there are three people, the last one must wait to shower. Everything else was great, the apartment had everything, and was quite cozy.

Large apartment with a beautiful view and a personal touch. The building has good amenities, 24-hour security and a parking lot that is very easy to drive around. It is located in one of Lima’s top residential areas.

1. The apartment is very safe and close to currency exchange offices and places to buy basic items such as water, etc. (There is a small store 1 block away) 2. At check-out time they allowed us to stay a little longer since our flight was early in the morning. 3. Excellent communication. 4. The spectacular view. 5. The pool is wonderful, a little cold but very good. You must book 24 hours in advance to use it. 6. It could be further improved by placing an additional dryer in the kitchen and perhaps a little sugar, coffee or tea. Also, change the towels after 3 days. 7. Finally, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, IF WE RETURN TO LIMA, WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.
