Set on an organic farm, this cute cottage is so peaceful and so close to everything - 15 minutes to Bells Beach and Torquay and Geelong. Set out in the morning and gather fresh eggs, pick some veggies or feed the horses and the cows. We can bring the pones in for brush. Plenty of toys and books and games for the kids, footy goals and a basketball hoop as well. So much to do or just relax in the serenity or take a stroll around the 22 acres with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

We were down for the weekend to watch the footy. Lots of places booked out, it was a busy weekend in Geelong - boat show/racing, regatta, footy, air show next weekend, lucky to find Nicks place available. Walking distance to GMHBA stadium and eateries and waterfront. Nice place, old unit that’s been done up. Garage is small/low, our hatchback fitted but an SUV wouldn’t. A comfortable stay in a good location. Nick was a friendly and helpful host.

Paddy was responsive and helpful accomodating the needs of our extended family to make the most of our long weekend. It was the perfect location too. Felt warm and cosy and bright when the sun popped out with all the skylights and beautifully styled. Quite a large secure yard for our dog too. She loved the opportunity to join us on holiday and check out the waves. It’s an Immaculately renovated beach house with old style charm- would definitely stay here again. Thanks paddy!
