A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. Bed linen and towels provided. The house is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old subject to a specific discussion. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the convenience of other guests.

We had such an incredible stay at Ian’s beautiful place!! Such an open, warm and inviting space, perfect for a family wanting to spend time beachside!! The house is so spacious and wonderful, we felt right at home. Bedrooms were very comfortable and all amenities are fantastic, including the outdoor shower! It’s within walking distance to the beach (very close) shops, cafes, restaurants, parkrun, everything! Just a perfect place, we will definitely be back to stay again xxxxxx would highly recommend xx

We had the most wonderful stay at Ocean Breeze for a very special occasion. Simon, the host, was fantastic! His communication was prompt and accomodating, and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The house itself is just wonderful. Very clean, beautifully decorated with a homely, beachy vibe that made us feel right at home. Every room had with everything we needed, and the natural light upstairs was just gorgeous, giving the whole space a warm, holiday feel. It truly felt like we were away on vacation and not just staying at someone’s house! The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it perfect for a morning stroll or a sunset walk. Great place to unwind, play board games, and enjoy a BBQ in the outdoor space. The home is an ideal retreat for relaxation and quality time with family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for a special occasion, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future. Highly recommend Ocean Breeze!

It is a certain nice and clean house for a short stay for group booking. The place is hidden in the corner of a row of houses, where it needs a little bit of attention to get the address number. Mendo is a good responsive host, helpful and glad to give help. It might be a bit of pricy when events nearby so the stay is like 650 for 7, but it is ok if there is no place available. The keypad for entering password seems not working sometimes. So we had to open the garage door with keys in the lockbox to get in. It does us a bit trouble getting in lol Overall, it is a worth place staying and for enjoying Torquay trips

We loved our stay at Bianca's place, it was very clean, cosy and light filled. The location is excellent, we walked everywhere and having a private car park was so handy for exploring Lorne and beyond. Bianca was very easy and quick to communicate with which was appreciated. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The location was perfect, with the beach just a short, easy walk away, and the balcony offering unbeatable views — especially at sunset. The house itself is perfect for groups and families, spacious yet cozy, and stocked with everything you could possibly need, from an espresso machine to a BBQ and a well-equipped kitchen for family meals. And of course the tennis court was a huge hit for kids and adults alike! Hosts were friendly and happy to give recommendations. We’d definitely come back!
