Great, clean space at a great location. Having on-site parking was very helpful. Nice ocean views from multiple rooms.

I cant explain how homey Anna's place is. I felt as if I were in my own place. Its a quiet neighborhood. Bus stop down the block. The kitchen came with everything needed. Great communication. In her ad, she stated it's not a party house, I very much appreciated that. I was looking for a quiet place to relax my mind and rest. I am currently going through a rough time in my life, and Anna's place made my life so much easier for 1 week. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone. one of the best AirBnbs I have stayed at. Thank you.

Our family of 5 stayed for a Spring Break trip. We could not have asked for a better location. It was perfect for what we needed and I would highly recommend!

Wonderful place! The 2 bedroom was perfect size for our family of 4. We were in town for a family birthday in Hoboken and this location was very convenient to everything in Hoboken but also to get into NYC. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved my 5-night stay at this rental! Convenient location, very cozy, clean and peaceful apartment. Great price for the location and space. And the hosts were extremely helpful- responded quickly, clear info and very nice. Will likely stay here again in the near future!

Walking to public transportation was easy and there was a bus that took you straight into the city. The house was clean and the hosts allowed us to check in early. The hosts were responsive and overall good communication. Would recommend this location if traveling with a big group and want to save some money.

El apartamento de Tim resultó perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares en el área de NYC. Nos animó mucho saber que contaba con un espacio para aparcar el coche y que había 3 recámaras y 2 baños. La propiedad es tal cual se muestra en las fotografías y las descripciones de los espacios son precisas. Las camas son cómodas, los closets amplios y los baños funcionan muy bien. La climatización de la casa es muy buena, cuenta con abundante luz natural y la cocina, aunque limitada en cuanto a utensilios e ingredientes si te gusta cocinar, tiene todo lo necesario (refrigerador, microondas, etc). El barrio es tranquilo y seguro y el transporte a Manhattan eficiente tanto por autobús como por ferry. En menos de 25 minutos estás del otro lado del Hudson. Recomendamos ampliamente este apartamento y seguramente volveremos.

Bobby’s place was great for my birthday weekend!! It felt right at home and more ❤️ The only thing I can complain about is that there are barley corner stores lol but that has nothing to do with how great of a host Bobby was, thank you! I hope to come visit again 🙂

Aankomen in de accomodatie na een lange vlucht voelde als thuiskomen. Gezellige studio met alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. Het extra bedje was ook opgemaakt voor onze zoon. Er was koffie, thee, zeep, shampoo, conditioner, kamerjassen, oordopjes, oorstokjes, enz. Veel extra´s dus, zeer leuk en je hoeft dit dus niet meer mee te zeulen in je bagage. De buurt was ´s nachts erg rustig en toch ben je dichtbij Manhattan. Op 14 minuten sta je in de Path terminal die je in 20 minuten naar hartje Manhattan brengt. De eerste nacht hadden we last van een tikkend geluid, dit bleek de verwarming te zijn. Die zet je dus best af. Ons verblijf verliep voor de rest perfect. Dianna reageert ook snel bij vragen. De perfecte host!

Nuestra estadía en el apartamento de mignon fue excelente en todo ámbito! Para empezar, el departamento es hermoso, limpio y espacioso, la ubicación es muy buena, barrio tranquilo y transporte público que te lleva a Manhattan directo. Mignon es muy cordial, respetuosa y preocupada por sus huéspedes, estando siempre a disposición cuando uno la necesita. Estoy muy feliz de haber podido disfrutar gracias a lo cómoda que me sentí en este lugar. Si vuelvo a esta ciudad, sin duda contactaría nuevamente a esta excelente anfitriona.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

126路车从Port Authority Bus Station来回单程十多分钟（等一趟大概十分钟左右，我们早上6点到晚上10点坐都是这个频率），这个车站算在中城，离第五大道时代广场很近，而他家的站台在第十街下车（看到Peper&Parlor商店就下），走路3分钟就能到（拐角有一个小超市很方便买点零食），总之地理位置相当不错。房子地板太老了，每天都要轻轻走否则声音会很大，厨房有你想要的几乎所有工具，餐巾纸也很足，微波炉冰箱烤箱烤面包机锅碗瓢盆咖啡机啥都有，进房子就有一股好闻的香薰味，有非常可爱的手工皂也有各种导游小册子还有特别多的小细节可以自己去找（拍片特别好看），有两个储物空间可以在里面找到被子，洗澡水很舒服就是水的力道稍微有点软绵绵，没有梳子牙刷牙膏，其他的问题房东都会迅速告诉你解决方式或者帮你解决（沟通顺畅回复的很快，房东会说中文）。房东是光脚走路在房子里的（说明了一些干净程度），床品有污渍（大概是洗不干净的那种），如果不是洁癖（我妈会用酒精重新抹一遍的那种），基本会感觉很干净。4月中旬依旧很冷，太阳早上有的时候很暖和，窗子可以抬上去用纱窗通风，有一个做的仿真暖炉吹热风很有氛围也很实用，客厅的那个空调感觉只能吹冷风（或者我不会用），小房间有一个暖气片也不知道怎么开。从下公交就看到整个街区很安静安全而且很整齐美丽，离海边公园（眺望曼哈顿）走10分钟不到，下车点有餐厅商店一条街和各种超市，麦当劳也步行10分钟左右也有，房东非常友善好客，离开就会不舍得。（房子布置太漂亮了，好奇宝宝和爱拍照的宝子们会很喜欢的）。

I had a wonderful stay at Silvia’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Silvia was a thoughtful and responsive host, always ready to help if I had any questions. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

This locations was central and easy to find. Street parking was great, there was many spots and I had no issues. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I came for a short weekend stay and I had no issues, would recommend for a quiet get away. I didn't stay in the airbnb much, as I was busy with other activities and came late. But I did feel safe there. It is downstairs with someone living above but I had no issue. The accommodation inside were great; tea, coffee, sugar, etc. I would definitely stay again, especially because of the peach of mind with parking and safety.

We enjoyed our stay so much and the accommodations were perfect for my son and I. The apartment was easily accessible and very clean. We learned to use the transit system within a day and the apartment was very close and we felt safe walking around late at night. Great place!

Frank’s place was exactly what we needed, perfect for a weekend getaway. Quiet location, easy commute to and from the city, with great stores and shopping options nearby. The apartment itself is very well equipped. The desk, chair, and whiteboard are wonderful additions: perfect for anyone working remote! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfy and we definitely enjoyed our stay. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer! Absolutely recommend 😊 Thanks Frank!

This is an absolute gem for a stay in NYC. Very close to the Apollo Theatre (unfortunately, our schedule did not align with their „Beginner‘s Night“) and the subway, you‘re met by a kind and helpful host in Milton. Also, the place is incredibly quiet, making for very relaxing nights. Thanks again

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.
