Bad med dusj og toalett, kjøkken med Smeg stekeovn, oppvaskmaskin og kjøleskap. Vedovn og elektrisk oppvarming. Tilgang til lerret og projektor på stuen. Det er brøyta bilvei helt frem til hytta

"Ødegårdsstuo" - sjarmerende hus ved sjøen på Øksendalsøra. Umiddelbar nærhet til fine fjellturer, både til fots og med ski på beina. Huset ligger 10 minutter unna Sunndalsøra. Huset har et soverom i 1. etasje med dobbeltseng. Hele 2. etasje har åpen løsning med flere sengeplasser (se bilde). Bad med gulvvarme og dusj i 1.etasje. Kjøkken, stue, TV, spisebord, ovn, varmepumpe + kjeller med oppholdsrom (langbord), toalett og vaskemaskin (egen inngang) (kan benyttes etter avtale). Parkeringsplass.

Hytta ligger ved Ångardsvatnet, med naust, båt og bademuligheter. Du kan også nyte utsikten fra vårt vedfyrte utebadekar (mai-okt). Hytta har 3 soverom, en seng på loftet samt et anneks med to soveplasser. Parkering på tomta for minst 2 biler og skiløype 150 meter fra hytta. Barn er hjertelig velkomne, her er leker og utstyr som sprinkelseng, barnestol etc.

Bademuligheter i elva en liten rusletur unna. Et eldorado for toppturentusiaster med nærliggende topper på over 1000moh, som Trolltind og Åbittinden, men også flott for turer i terrenget, sommer som vinter. Sunndalsfjella, Trollheimen, Innerdalen, Vinnutrappa, Prestaksla, Aursjøvegen og Eikesdalen er bare en kort kjøretur unna.

Hva med å nyte fjordutsikt fra svabergene eller fra en behagelig utesofa under tak med nytraktet kaffe? Eller badeliv og late dager på svabergene? Turmuligheter i området er nær uendelige. Leie av robåt avtales minst 1 uke FØR innsjekk, til båtkyndige (kun sommer). To rom m dobbeltseng, samt rom med køyesenger, hems, alkove, babyseng.

Et lite kjøkken og toalett med egen inngang i våningshuset ca 10 meter unna. Gratis wifi og tv med Chromecast. Fint uteområde med veranda og bålpanne. Ångardsvatnet ca 150 meter unna, perfekt for bading, fiske, båt osv. Stabburet er et utmerket utgangspunkt for turer i Trollheimen, sommer og vinter. Oppkjørte langrennsløyper ca 50 meter fra døra.

We were nearly lost for words when we entered this gem of a place. Coming into the hallway we were instantly struck by the love that was, and is, invested in this stunning place by the generations who has occupied it. The house is a perfect example of the historical building tradition in this area, and past and present meet with all modern amenities seamlessly blending in with the gourgeos pieces of antique furniture. Add the already warmed-up house and the warming and amusing handwritten letter awaiting us, and within the first two minutes you know this will be a weekend never to forget. The house is surrounded by a well-kept park-like landscape including a beautiful lake, the air was full of May's sweet scents from bird cherries and lilac, and all around us were the unparallelled beauty of Sunndalen's mountains and waterfalls. What more is there to ask for?

Særdeles hyggelig vert. Rent og pent med alle nødvendige fasiliteter og alt på stell. Her var det virkelig ingenting å utsette. Dessverre ble nattesøvnen i helgen delvis ødelagt av høylytt festing og musikk fra huset over veien.

New place to stay

Romslig og lys loftsleilighet

We had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! Everything was clean, from the linens to the kitchen, every detail was taken care of with such care. The place itself was peaceful and cozy. But the absolute highlight was the view which was truly breathtaking! Waking up to such a stunning landscape felt like a dream. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even more special. I can honestly say this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
