FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Recently, we moved to Sunnemo, 20 kilometers south of Hagfors, next to 3 large lakes, which connect and thus become one of Värmland's largest lake collections. Do you like fishing? This completely renovated bungalow is located in a quiet residential area in Hagfors and has all the comforts with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. There is a new kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, good central heating and the house is well insulated. The house is quite centrally located in Hagfors (about 5 minutes drive from the city center) and is also close to beautiful hiking area and about 10 minutes drive from beautiful seaside resorts. There is a large fenced backyard.

There is also an outside dining table, various chairs for chilling. Kids chairs and beds are available if needed. Electric car charging is also available at a small cost.

Het huis is geschikt voor 2 personen, maar in overleg uit te rusten met een kinderbed. Tevens is het huis gevuld met alles wat u maar nodig hebt. Ontbreekt er toch iets, vraag er dan gerust naar. De accomodatie is ook erg handig als tussenstop voor uw doorreis richting het noorden.

Welcome to a cozy 40 m2 cottage in a small countryside village, close to forests, hills and lakes. If you are looking for a comfortable living in the middle of nature for you and your family, this is a nice choice. The accommodation includes one canoe that can fit 3 adults. Life jackets and paddles also included. Walking distance to the lake and river. Transport of canoe to other lakes can be arranged for a small fee.

This is a cosy stuga without electricity and no running water built in the traditional way. There is a woodstove to heat or prepare meals as well as a 2 ring gascooker. A sleeping loft with two single matreses who can be put together. There is a outside toilet on the premises as well as a Finnish wood heated sauna . You will have to bring your own wood for the cabin and the sauna and your own towels for the sauna.
