Joanne has been a great host from booking all the way to check out. She has communicated with us all throughout the stay. She was kind enough to give us a flexible check in and check out time. The place was as described on the listing and instructions were quite clear as to what’s what. My family and friends had a wonderful time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cottage. The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained – exactly what we needed for a peaceful retreat. The surroundings were serene, with lovely views and nature all around. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from comfy bedding to a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and communication was smooth throughout.

Beautiful cottage and also nice outdoor decoration and nice walk to river with gorgeous lights! We celebrate birthday with family so plenty space for 10 people, 2 kids and 2 infants! Also just mention there’s noise detector which host didn’t mention on description, inside you can be pretty loud only outside have to respect live neighborhood but it wasn’t issue for us to celebrate birthday! Was flexible check-out from Bethany which helps us! Airbnb host is very responsive which is nice, there were a couple messages I had to follow-up on.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Priolo on the Bay – Moody Escape, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Andy is a truly exceptional host. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet cozy escape. The cottage itself is immaculate – modern, stylish, and unbelievably comfortable. It strikes the perfect balance between high-end living and rustic charm. Tucked away in the heart of nature, it still offers every convenience imaginable: from fully stocked cutlery and snacks to campfire treats, firewood for both the sauna and outdoor firepit, a gas oven, extra lighters—you name it, it was there.The interiors are spotless and beautifully designed, making the entire space feel like a warm, peaceful retreat. Sitting by the fire, unwinding in the sauna, or just enjoying the serene forest surroundings—it all felt like a dream.This is the kind of place that makes you not want to leave!

Wonderful private getaway. Beautiful upgraded cottage, with all amenities that you could need. Gorgeous view of lake. We felt welcome and comfortable. Beautiful sunsets in the hot tub and dips in the lake.

We had a blast. Wonderful long weekend. Close to Arrowhead Park for skiing. Minutes from Limberlost Forest for snowshoeing/hiking. Close to Huntsville for shopping/restaurants/chocolates/ice cream! :) Excellent and responsive host.

We just returned from our stay and had a wonderful time. Amanda was very quick to respond to any questions and they’ve clearly put a lot of thought into their cottage. We had some rainy and cold days but loved the extensive movie collection and extra blankets. We loved the sunrise views from our room and slept well. The lake is beautiful (shallow at the dock) and we enjoyed paddleboarding around the lake and relaxing on the dock. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a large assortment of water toys, life jackets, and floaties. We were really happy with the kitchen supplies and found everything we needed to cook our meals throughout the week. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Wow, The Outpost was the perfect backdrop for my extended family to ring in the new year together. It was spacious, private, relaxing and the perfect amount of luxury to feel taken care of amongst the trees. The snow covered multi-use trails were the perfect daytime activity that kept my nephews and older parents entertained, busy, and feeling totally connected to nature. This spot has all the luxuries and comfort creatures - though you feel as though you're fully immersed in nature. Will absolutely be booking this spot again - we need to see it in all seasons!

Jodi is a fantastic host, she even invited us to check-in early to enjoy the sunny fall day. The view of Eagle lake is stunning, and we were so grateful the weather was nice enough to enjoy relaxing on the dock and getting out in the kayak and paddle board. There was lots of wood for campfires and the cottage itself is very clean and comfortable. As others have said, the view of the lake from the cottage is beautiful too. I also loved the updated bathroom with tub and laundry. I hope to return in summer!

We loved the cabin and can't wait to return. Everything was in great working order and squicky clean. Our stay was an absolute pleasure.

Nick and Jenn are excellent hosts. Their cottage was the perfect place to enjoy meals and get peaceful rest at the end of hard day at work. The place felt comfortable and had all the amenities of home. Crew enjoyed the stay so much, had to rebook another two week stay.

Our group enjoyed this cottage , beautiful lake , dock with panoramic view. We got lucky during our stay and could even see the northern lights during the night. Truly great memories

A beautiful home, and when I say they have thought of everything, they have a real home away from home. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean. The property was clean, tidy and had a cosy, comfortable feel, with the fantastic view of the lake, which we did swim in! We loved the wildlife, including birds, as well as the delightful chipmunk and squirrel that ran about the garden area. We would recommend this property to a friend, and if we were in the area again, we would certainly stay. We found both Elaine and Mike very easy to communicate with and quick to respond through the Airbnb app.

Bill's place is absolutely amazing! We get access to a good hiking trail, the lake that we have plenty activities to do! The description is accurate; Bill and Lisa are super responsive to our messages. Overall it is such an amazing experience and highly recommend Bill's place! :)

Very responsive host, easy to communicate with! When something is missed by the cleaner, frank was able to help us with solution. The place is very quiet and peaceful, very recommend for small families.

My group and I had a great time. Property is private and the forest surrounding it is vast. Did not see or hear any other people near by all weekend. The water and pressure inside the home is awesome for showers. The beds and bedding which was provided was clean. Definitely use the smoker, it was the highlight of the weekend and the fire pit is set up great. Definitely a place to recommend.

Janet's place is a little piece of heaven! Her place was immaculate and comfortable with lots of space indoors and out. We brought out 2 very small dogs and the fully fenced in yard was their big piece of heaven allowing them to run free and we didn't have to worry about them getting loose. The wi-fi worked perfectly and I loved how her system was set up to automatically sign us out from our apps (Netflix, Crave, Paramount , etc) on the morning of our departure so we didn't have to worry about that when leaving. The kitchen was fully stocked with extra touches like coffee, tea, snacks, spices and more. We cooked pretty much every meal and there was nothing lacking as we were cooking. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Janet's instructions to find the place were spot on so follow her instructions and not your GPS! We truly enjoyed our time at Janet's place and hope to return again in 2025.

We stayed at The Paper Birch Cabin over thanksgiving weekend and it was a great place to escape from the city. We loved the wood fireplace inside and the fire pit down by the dock - the lake is quiet and peaceful. Detailed instructions and information were provided before check in (including info on downloading maps for gps as there is no cell service. Wifi was fast worked well all weekend). Raisa was responsive and quickly answered any questions before and during our stay. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed and kitchen which was well equipped. Thank you for letting us enjoy your cottage for the weekend!

Such a peaceful location. We spent the evening on the dock watching the sky and listening to the Barred Owl, Loons, Spring Peepers, and American toad sing. It was magical. The place was immaculate and the ammenties were awesome! Took the kayaks out for a peaceful paddle and saw some beavers! Comfortable beds make for a serene sleep. If you are looking for a magical location for a family retreat, you have found the right one!

Cathy’s place was perfect for our group a 6 adults and 3 toddlers. The shallow access by the dock was great for the little ones and she provided many water toys to get out on the lake and enjoy it. Great views of the lake from living room window and upper deck. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was prompt and had no issues finding the place. Would definitely recommend download the Waze app as Cathy mentions in her instructions. Would definitely stay again! Great value.
