Nice, small basement apartment (30 sqm) in a large house from 2018 in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to Amager beach and metro and 15 minutes by bike to Copenhagen city center. Enjoy a getaway for two adults, possibly plus an extra person. Mattress can be borrowed. The apartment is part of our house, but with its own entrance. We will therefore possibly be home to welcome you and ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment has everything you need; refrigerator, service, oven, microwave, etc. Access to laundry room by appointment.

Really good atmosphere and ambiance in our New Yorker apartment. There is an open kitchen in the living room with cross beams and 2 French doors with access to a 6 m long balcony with stairs down to the shelter and terrace. There is a fantastic light and view over the rooftops of Copenhagen. Beautiful large garden with trampoline, fire pit and goal. Terrace, shelter and "multi-room" with fitness, darts and table football. The table tennis table can be taken outside. Close to bus and metro, Amager Fælled, Amager Strand and the city center.
