Casa nonna Franca is an independent apartment of about 90 square meters located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house with garden a few steps from the lake, in the historic center of Suna. MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX €1.00 PER NIGHT PER PERSON DOES NOT APPLY TO CHILDREN UNDER SIX YEARS OF AGE. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Located on the first floor of a two-family house, in a quiet position in the historic center of Suna, among the characteristic cobbled streets. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, beaches. There are paid and free parking lots nearby, as well as charging stations for electric cars. A 5-minute walk away, ample free parking (used-market area). Walking along the lake you embark for trips on the lake.
