Everything you need in this super clean, cozy, and safe space. Conveniently located in an upscale neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, and groceries. Hiking, boating and golf are a short drive. Nicely furnished with everything you need for a relaxing get-a-way: luxury linens, coffee maker and coffee pods, microwave, fridge, ice maker and amenities. Enjoy the large outdoor patio and BBQ. We allow small dogs for an extra fee of $25/night which must be paid in advance plus a $50 deposit which you will get back if you clean up after your animals. Private casita. Separate guest house with private entrance off of a beautiful court yard. Free wi-fi, Keurig coffee maker, hair dryer, DirecTV, towels, small refrigerator, microwave and ice maker. Minimal interaction. Quiet cul de sac located close to the 202 (San Tan) freeway and only 2 miles from the trendy shops and restaurants of downtown Chandler. Spacious Casita, Quiet, Peaceful Home - No Stairs!

Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on property. Not appropriate for kids

Have your best night ever sleeping on our Comfortable Queen Memory foam mattress. All linens and towels are sanitized, bed linens are line dryed, pillowcases lightly starched and ironed. We take pride in the cleanliness of this room and bath. We use a 5 step cleaning process including sanitizing all hard surfaces after each guest. You won't go hungry, we provide a bit of breakfast and snacks. Yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave popcorn and plenty of bottled water.

I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby - feel free to use! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.
