Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. The home is just minutes from Spring Training stadiums in Peoria and Surprise. Large golf courses surround the area, and for hikers we’ll provide a list of AZ’s best in the area! We have 3 spacious bedrooms and a large open floor-plan ideal for families. Plus we have a hot-tub out back!

Our casita is attached to the main home but has its own smart lock entrance ensuring complete privacy for your stay. It boasts a separate living area. Enjoy a delightful single-serving coffee/tea in the morning. Our family in the main house has a Chi-doodle pet.
