This remodeled home was done perfectly. Awesome little spot, even tho it’s a small home it feels like you have tons of room because of how it’s laid out. Grill outside was squeaky clean, and the host even brought us a brand new coffee pot because we couldn’t figure out how to work the espresso haha. If I’m ever back in the area again for work, I will stay here again. No question. Beds are super comfortable too. Thanks again!

We stayed at Pear Tree on our journey from Ohio back to Florida after the funeral of my 22 year old nephew. The home was beautiful and full of charm. It's huge! The lodging accommodations far exceeded any hotel offering at double the price! Our Mini Sheepadoodle Muppet Max enjoyed the property immensely. My teen daughter didn't want to leave. We will be back on our next journey back to Ohio! Thank you for sharing your historic home!

We stayed during Boykin Nationals and its was a great location for us. The house was clean and the space worked well for our family and pet. The small fenced in backyard made letting the dog out easy and the host was very easy to get a hold of and work with. We will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay very much with a few exceptions. The master could use a bedside table for phones keys etc. The front yard had a lot of fleas we tried really hard to keep them out of the house. Thank you Kodi you have a really nice roomy place.

This booking was very easy to do. It fit my timeline for my family visit. Neighborhood was very quiet. People were friendly. Home is bigger than it appears from the outside. Amenities were a plenty. This was my first AirBnB stay. The host made it easy for me to find with excellent communication. The house is in a quaint neighborhood with good parking behind the house. Room was clean and there is a patio in the backyard to sit out.
