House vacation rentals in Summerlin, Las Vegas

This home was absolutely beautiful! Spacious, located in a great area, and looks exactly as photographed! We held a small family reunion in this house, and it was definitely a great time. The pool was utilized and enjoyed under the Vegas sun. Will definitely stay at another property if they have more options!

The host was great, very responsive. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful. The house is as described in the listing, beautiful. The backyard is very nice, pool is relaxing. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

My family had a wonderful time staying here. Everything was so clean and all ehw amenities were awesome! the pool was great! The location is centrally located to get anywhere in the Las Vegas area. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay, and highly recommend this house!! We really enjoyed the backyard oasis with the pool, spa and putting greens!! And it was not too far to visit the Las Vegas strip and Hoover Dam. House was exactly as described, spacious, clean and had plenty of supplies for our stay!

We stayed at Nubar’s place while in Vegas for 5 nights. The place was wonderful! Extremely tidy and welcoming and felt very homely. The pool was clean and easy to adjust the temperature. Nubar was always responsive and helped with any questions we had. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved Arree’s home. Just as described, it is exactly 15 minutes from the Strip, making it a perfect location. The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Arree provided clear instructions, so finding and accessing the property was a breeze. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing, and the pool was a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend this home for families or groups. It is a wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Summerlin. I never knew what real life was like in Vegas outside the strip. We were pleasantly surprised. This home has a lovely little outdoor oasis with a pool and lanai. Great proximity to Red Rock Canyon (where we hiked three days) and Summerlin Centre. Fabulous eating at a few of the restaurants there (like True Food). Ben was an extremely attentive host - probably one of the best. A few times I had questions about varies things and he was immediately responsive. Really appreciated his help and responsiveness.

Wonderful house with full of everything. Nothing to complain or point out, perfect location. Clean house. The host was fantastic to make our stay comfortable and safe. Can’t wait to come back.

My cousins and I had a great time at Joslins airbnb! such a peaceful and beautiful area and very close to so many stores! I truly recommend this for anyone and everyone! jacuzzi and pool were amazing as well!

Gigi & Simeon were both amazing hosts, ready to help you with anything that comes up and provide you with all the information and instructions you will need for your stay. The house was very very clean, with all the amenities you could think of and also complimentary snacks. If there is something I appreciate is a clean house, clean bathrooms, carpet was recently vacuumed. Linens had a little smell, but bearable maybe just not the detergent I’m used to. You will feel right at home ! No complaints, Neighborhood felt safe,family friendly. Would definitely stay here again !

Very pleased with my stay. Everything was clean and neat. The pool was amazing although a little cold it felt great in the heat! the location wasn’t too far from the strip in Vegas but far enough out where there was no noise. I would recommend staying here especially if you have a group you’re traveling with. My only criticism would be there being more towels and washcloths for showering. But other than that David was very helpful and a great host!

We stayed at David's place on a business trip. We've stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs and I will say that this is one of the best places and best hosts we have experienced! I would not hesitate to book again. Thanks David!

I Want to thank Ari, she is absolutely an amazing hosts. Very Responsive and her instructions were very clear. This home is so beautiful, me and my children wished we could’ve stayed longer. Very nice heat warming pool and spa. The gas grill was easy to operate. This home have all the amenities that you need and want. Local stores in the surrounding area less than 10 mins away and also Red Rock Casino is less than 10 mins away. This was absolutely a fun trip I enjoyed with my family and any issues I had Ari was quick to respond and help resolve any issues. I will definitely be coming back again and rebook with Ari. Thank you! Soooo much Ari for a wonderful stay.

What a beautiful home. It was literally the best accommodations for my family while in town. The house was clean and spacious, but also cozy. Beds were so comfortable and the pool was just what we needed. Thank you for hosting us and I would highly recommend staying here!!!

This is the perfect house to stay in Vegas! Especially if you are looking for an home away from home that is off the main strip. Everything was so close but the location was quiet and peaceful. The house was super comfortable and we felt right at home. It was very clean and well taken care of. Will stay here again!

Perfect house for our family of 8. Every one had their own rooms and space to spread out. It was 100+ degrees so the pool was essential. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do on the strip and downtown. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Host was awesome! Very helpful and responsive. Sent us incredible donuts! Would stay again when in Vegas!
