Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Sumida City

We really enjoyed our stayed here and was perfect amount of space for 4 people. It was close to the JB line train station. It was also walkable distance from a laundromat and public bath that the host recommended. There was a my basket also 2 minutes away and was on the walk home from the train. The space was clean, wifi was good? And the kitchen was functional. Definitely a place you should book for the price.

Kanekos listing was wonderful. Very close to the station. Only a few stops into central Tokyo. It was nice to be away from all the crowds at the end of busy days. worked well for our family. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Akira’s place. We were a group of 8 people with 5 adults and 3 kids (10 and under). The house comfortably fit all of us and felt like home — Akira had everything we needed. Loved the residential neighbourhood- gave you a sense of how most people lived - and a restful reprieve after visiting the hustle and bustle of the major city areas. I would mention that if you have a large taxi/transport, it may be difficult to get right to the house as the roadways are very narrow (typical for residential areas). Two laundry places and vending machines right by the house (so convenient)! Walkable to train stations. Look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

We had a very enjoyable stay! The location is nice and quiet and there are restaurants within a short walking distance. The only downside to this location is the distance from the nearest train station, but it’s not too bad. It took us about 20 minutes to get to and from the station with luggage and maybe 15 without.

It was a very cozy home for a large group. We were 7 men and we all felt very comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant/bar downstairs which is owned by the host. Would recommend any large groups looking for a nice home near Shibuya to book here

Great place, a little out of the way but very good value, lots of space, and a short train ride from Shinjuku. The place was well suited for our purposes (family of 3 adults/2 children). Lots of good restaurants near Hatagaya Station. One warning, the address was difficult for Google Maps and Uber to find, but I found a nearby business and used that instead, much easier to tell drivers where to go. Often Google Maps would try to send us to a similar address in Honcho rather than Honmachi.

The house is new and close to the train stations…a few minutes' walk and you'll find restaurants and supermarkets The household appliances are new and work well (air conditioning/refrigerator/stove/washing machine) and there is a spacious and comfortable dining room! I highly recommend this place, one of the best I've ever stayed in!

It was very close to the main street and bus stop, and access was convenient. However, the stairs are a little steep, so it may be a little difficult to carry large luggage or multiple suitcases.You may want to consider moving to the 2nd floor. The directions were very polite and easy to understand, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a very good stay.Thank you!

Cozy little apartment in an extremely convenient location in Asakusa. Walkable to places like Ichiran ramen, Senso-Ji shrine, and the Tokyo Skytree complex. It was nice to walk across the street to the Asahi beer shaped headquarter building and have drinks on the top floor, overlooking the vast city skyline. Great way to end the night! Also a 5 min walk to the train station to move all around Tokyo and use it as your home base. Stairway into the apartment was a little narrow with big suitcases so be careful! But it’s manageable. Beds were comfortable and arranged side by side with curtain dividers. Would definitely recommend this stay for the price and the location is unbeatable.

this location was a great place for our group. we liked the proximity to the train station and the variety of rooms in the house. Yi communicated with us throughout the stay and also provided a few pages in the guest room for us to consult for general questions. We had everything we needed for a restful stay

Staying at Hanamiki’s was a joy. It’s in a quiet area and I had no issue getting around. It was clean, comfortable, and serene.

The place is at a walkable distance from Sensoji(3-4 mins walk). The accommodation space is well managed with very tastefully done interiors. Walkable from Asakusa station. The stairs are narrow and there's no lift. It's difficult to carry the luggages.

Beautiful and spacious place right next to the Takanawadai station so finding the place is not hard and also after a long day of walking and exploring you get off the train and walk 1 minutes from station exit and reach your accommodation. Where in the world can you get your own private gym in Air Bnb at this palce you do. The place is clean and exactly as described. I would say that if you are taller then 6 feet then you might have limited space in bed. The beds are tatami style and are comfortable with clean linen. The place has two toilets and 2 bathing area. Kitchen is clean and the utensils are provided but we did not do any cooking so did not see what is available. Another good feature is the water cooler so you do not have to but water for the accommodation. Seven eleven and lawson is short walking distance. Great place highly recommend Keiko is a great host and we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Japanese home! Located in a quiet neighborhood, the area is peaceful yet incredibly convenient - surrounded by a supermarket, convenience stores, great local restaurants, and even a beautiful temple just a short walk away. The house itself is a charming, typical Japanese style home and was fully equipped with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities we needed. One of our favorite features was the Aladdin smart light projector-perfect for cozy movie nights after a day of exploring. It's only a 4 minute walk to Shibamata Station, which made getting around super easy. The instructions provided were very clear, so we found the place without any trouble. It's also just 2 train rides away from Narita Airport, and other major areas in Tokyo are easily accessible by train. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic, and convenient stay in Tokyo.

Chifumi's apartment is as described, it has parking and is in a very quiet area, a 20-minute walk from the train, very accessible and with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very clean and tidy and has everything advertised. Chifumi was very friendly and helpful at all times, and responds quickly. We definitely recommend it.

We were a party of 3 looking for an apartment with 2 separate bathrooms (toilets) which is hard to find when you only need 2 bedrooms. We needed privacy but still have a place to be together. This fit the bill exactly. The apartment is a detached house with 3 floors, in a quiet area a few minutes walk from Ikeburu station . The top and bottom floors have bedrooms and toilets while the middle floor has the kitchen, living/ dining area, shower and laundry. The stairs are steep, so that might be a problem for some people. The kitchen has all the basics, but we only needed it for our morning coffee, as there are lots of places to buy food and eat in the area. Unfortunately, there were only 2 coffee cups when we were there, which I understand has been remedied. The couches in the living/dining area were basic but not super comfy. All in all, it made a good base from which to see Tokyo. I would recommend this apartment to people who want both privacy and a communal area.

The apartment was conveniently located to many restaurants and attractions. It is easy to find and the host provided amenities to make your stay more comfortable. I highly recommend it to others.

Awesome host, helped from booking to making sure my entire family got to the airport safely. She was able to get a last minute booking for a private transfer for Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea. Will definitely re-book with her on our return. Yahiro station was in walking distance, and was able to get us to all our destinations. Wash and Dryer was apart of the amenities, and also had a dryer center near the house as well (100 yen for 12 min)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Sumida, Tokyo. The location was perfect — nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet within easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It was very convenient to get to popular attractions like the Tokyo Skytree and Asakusa. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable — which was a big plus for planning our daily sightseeing. Our host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and how to use everything in the apartment. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and convenient home base in Tokyo.

An amazing house in a quiet neighbourhood they still had plenty of options nearby. We were very impressed with everything in the house, and we will absolutely stay there again! Close to a few different stations as well.
